Episode 137: Jim and Jack get together for this week’s ATR meet-up discussing the latest news and more.
TRANSCRIPT
-
JMjack mullenHello, everyone, and welcome again to another edition of All ThingsReconsidered.tv with myself, Jack Mullen, and James H. Fetzer, PhD. We get together every week, usually it’s Tuesday, and enjoy an hour or so of just ranting and raving, having a really good time, and we appreciate the fact that there are some people still listening.
-
And I want to remind everybody that we are thankful that you’re still there and helping, and if you have friends and family that might be interested.
-
…
-
you know, it’s… it is… I know it’s… it goes without saying that there isn’t any money in this. This is not about being in money, it’s just about covering costs that keep going up as well, and we have… gym sites are all located in Iceland, and we do that for security reasons, and that’s a great place to put your site if you’re trying to,
-
prevent the American legal system from pulling it down in any way, shape, or form. It’s never been tested, to my knowledge, but they claim
-
that there’s not even a legal inroads to get to a website. They don’t have law that allows an outside force to make charges against a…
-
about content on a website. But anyway, regardless of that, the prices go up and up and up every year. It’s… it’s amazing how much they’ve gone up in the last… what have we been doing this, 4 or 5 years?
-
So anyway, I appreciate the help that you all provide, and I know Jim does too. And with that said, let’s get started. How are you today, and what’s new in your life, Dr. Fetzer?
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:01:25Let me just shout out, I mean, it’s, …
-
What’s happening right now, where I’ve just filed two…
-
What could be major lawsuits against… video platforms rumble and bitchin’.
-
JMjack mullen00:01:39is very much a culmination of all the support you’ve been extending to me. I mean, everyone here….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:01:45in the reconsidered community, I’m just enormously grateful And…
-
Jack is as though I’m in the midst of my third career, you know? Look, I was, you know… first of all, of course, I’m a professor of philosophy for 35 years.
-
And then as I was, … In the last… Years of my… professorial tenure, I…
-
Became involved in collaborative research on JFK, on 9-11, Wellstone.
-
And that was rather launching my second career as a conspiracy investigator, a conspiracy realist, a conspiracy…
-
You know, I don’t mind the weird conspiracy theorist, I actually put out a video why I, Jim Fetzer, am
-
A conspiracy theorist, because we need to defang….
-
JMjack mullen00:02:43Negative associations.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:02:45Well, among the articles I’ve written about Marjorie Taylor Greene was one where I went through the 10 allegations against her, where she was either clearly right or not obviously wrong. Very parallel to the attacks on the Reverend Wright.
-
in the Obama days, because he, again, was either clearly right or not obviously wrong on the issues for which he was being attacked.
-
But the fact is that, …
-
I’ve become so involved in conspiracy research now, because I’ve been attacked over it.
-
I’ve had to become an earsatz lawyer, so, you know, I’m a…
-
Jose, every Zane, my self-attorney, I…
-
As many of you would know from our previous conversations over the years, because I was being sued.
-
Right here in Dane County Circuit Court, over my book, Nobody Died at Sandy Hook, which has 13 contributors.
-
In going to 6 PhDs.
-
Over 3 sentences in the book.
-
where I described a death certificate.
-
That had been provided to a research colleague by the man who actually brought the lawsuit.
-
as being fake. I mean, if nobody died at Sandy Oak, obviously…
-
There aren’t any authentic death certificates or Sandy Hook.
-
What Jack is showing you here, I’ll get to it and lay out the background here.
-
The fact is that I was contacted by a couple of those who’d participated in the FEMA drill.
-
in Connecticut, in Newtown, who… Like my book, they told me everyone in the Sandia community… like the book!
-
Even the guy was suing me, Leonard Posner, his real name is Reuben Famner, so he likes a book!
-
And they weren’t happy, by the way, I was being sued, so it’s kind of ironic, because… Reuben was…
-
In his role as the fictional Leonard Bosner, the plaintiff!
-
bringing the lawsuit against me as a defendant. So it’s a very odd situation here, because I’m good friends with…
-
Emily Parker.
-
blonde-haired, blue-eyed little girl in Victoria Soto.
-
Teacher who heroically gave her life to save her students and their mutual friend.
-
Steve Lucia, And for 3 years, we had… conversations.
-
Almost every day. Primarily, I’m talking to Steve to tell me about what Emily and Vicki have been doing.
-
And occasionally, they’d be there in the background.
-
And indeed, win this whole business with victory.
-
Hugo Vaca came up. I was talking to Steve, and Vicki was there, and she called out, and she said.
-
It’s Monty Frank!
-
Who’s the attorney for Sandy Hewitt Promise.
-
who had hired Victor Hugo Vaca to attack me, to discredit me, because he’s a professional.
-
Character Assassin.
-
So… It’s really been fascinating. Now… they’re…
-
zealously supportive of Israel. I knew there was always a potential conflict politically.
-
Because I’m all for Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, Iran… And we joke about it.
-
and make light and fun about it, but when I signed…
-
a letter to the Secretary General of the U.N. in support of Iran.
-
in a declaration that Israel is committing genocide.
-
they cut me off, they gave me the boot. So this is only, like.
-
JMjack mullen00:06:33Three months ago, Jack.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:06:36Three months ago.
-
This, … Victor Hugo guy.
-
began attacking me only earlier this year. I mean, I actually had been featuring him on one or another of my shows.
-
He’s, engaging, articulate, very smart.
-
He’s also, in my opinion, completely corrupt.
-
And, hired gun.
-
And he has some perverse attitudes, but the fact is, he’s very skilled at… Creating art.
-
I call this… political pornography, or they cast somebody in a bad light. Like, it’s got innumerable
-
Images of me that are all distorted, dark, and, you know, misshaven.
-
Take care, …
-
Characterize me in a most unfavorable fashion, and then he writes captions that frequently have nothing to do with the content of the actual show.
-
JMjack mullen00:07:39Right, yeah.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:07:41I’m convinced he’s being paid by the peace!
-
He puts out so many, he’s put out 6 or 8 a day on some occasions, and it’s because he’s been paid by the peace.
-
JMjack mullen00:07:51Yeah, sounds like it.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:07:53My Sandy York friend said he was getting a lot of money.
-
Now, if you only said, since he’s God now, since…
-
January, I don’t know, at least 600. I mean, assuming there were some he had up that weren’t…
-
If you go on to BitChute and put in Victor Hugo, comma Jim Fetzer, you’re gonna find something like…
-
717 videos. Jesus, Cromni. And the overwhelming majority are attacks on me.
-
And if he’s got 717 videos, if he’s getting 100 a video.
-
That’s, $71,700, but I think it’s getting more.
-
And God knows if he would gain a THOUSAND a video.
-
That’s 717,000 bucks! I mean, you know…
-
My Sandy Oak friends were telling me it was getting… Big box?
-
From Sandy Oak Promise. Now, here’s the deal. The San Diego community has 3 components.
-
They’re my friends.
-
Who, in part, can discuss these men with me, because they were cast in their roles by their mothers.
-
Who wanted to get in on the gravy train.
-
And did not sign nondisclosure agreements, Jack. Everyone else signed non-disclosure agreements, so they could be prosecuted if they let it slip, but I’ve always thought, wouldn’t it be fascinating to have the government prosecuting a participant in the Sandy Hook hoax for revealing it was a hoax? How are they gonna… that’s gonna be a neat trick, right?
-
JMjack mullen00:09:27Then there’s the San Diego Promise people, these are the ones you see the ads.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:09:32Parents talking about their non-dead children.
-
Plain Americans as gullible saps are still making over a million bucks a month. A million bucks a month.
-
And then there’s the rest of the community that’s sort of passive on the sideline and not involved. Well, the promised people are upset with my friends because they’re friends of mine.
-
JMjack mullen00:09:53Wanting to get your hands on….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:09:55They’re, they’re very upset.
-
And even that Ruben and I were on friendly terms, you know, I would have been… would still be glad to sit down and have drinks and dinner with a guy. I liked a guy.
-
And he…
-
We went through all these years of the lawsuit, right, where he had these hired guns, and the judge was complicit, this is all in my documents.
-
One of the attorneys attacking me, a guy named Wynn Young, who’s very strange.
-
Claims I threw my suit.
-
Because I didn’t move it to federal court. Well, I didn’t know as a defendant I could do that. I mean, I didn’t have an attorney to represent me.
-
Maybe I did have that right. I’m now in federal court.
-
And he actually said it, because it would have been easy to do.
-
There are two questions in diversity, if you have plaintiffs or parties in different states, and another is if there’s a federal question, like freedom of speech.
-
So, in fact, I’ve learned from Mign Young, and in filing these new suits we’ll be talking about.
-
I use those grounds to gain access to the federal courts, and I’ve got it.
-
Now…
-
What he said was, no one in their right mind would bring a lawsuit about Sandy Hook unless they knew the party was gonna throw it.
-
But what he ignored, Jack, is… Unless he knew…
-
The case was rigged! The court was rigged!
-
Yet my Sandy Hook friends told me all these Sandy Hook cases had predetermined conclusions. They were all rigged.
-
Including mine!
-
But the fact is, in the process, he committed one blunder after another in denying me the right to present my evidence, which was how he was able to rule it all without a jury.
-
Having to… Decide the facts of the matter.
-
By claiming there were any disputed facts when every fact about the case was disputed. I mean, it was just awesome, but I’ve probably had gone on about that before in the past, Jack. Let me hasten forward.
-
So.
-
JMjack mullen00:12:03Before you go… before you jump out there, this… I just looked up one, you know, while you were talking.
-
And he’s got a lot of videos talking about how you’re trying to normalize the rape of, …
-
Sophia Smallstorm? Cover-up has birthed Jim Fetzer and Revolution Radio, normalizing rape in an attempt to discredit Sophia Smallstorm. That’s what it says. And then I see several other videos with the word rape… rape cover-up in the title. I mean.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:12:32Is this guy a lunatic beyond belief and gets away with anything he wants to say? Is there no… He’s just, …
-
Stadistic is a miscreant, Jack, when I…
-
First hired a PI to check him out. He came back with a 16-page rap sheet.
-
JMjack mullen00:12:49Hmm.
-
Well, let’s give you….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:12:52Total miscreant.
-
He has no scribbles whatsoever. Sophia’s a personal friend of mine, I adore her.
-
JMjack mullen00:13:00Right, I know.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:13:02This raven’s called his fantasy. He’s created a line of men’s underwear with my name on it. Same for men who love men, and he’s got the diagram of a penis on the underwear jack.
-
JMjack mullen00:13:14With my name on it.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:13:17I mean, it doesn’t… it’s scub of the earth!
-
Now, here’s the deal. He’s felt himself to be invulnerable.
-
In part because he’s in the Republic of Georgia, or so he claims, and it appears to be he actually is there.
-
Though he found his earlier residence in Florida, and most of the offenses he committed in the past were in Florida.
-
So he thinks he’s… Can’t be reached.
-
legally, because he’s in Georgia, but more importantly.
-
He’s putting stuff up on these video platforms that claim to be supporters of free speech.
-
Bitshute and Rumble.
-
And while, from the beginning, we were protesting, these were a violation of their terms of service, and you can read their terms of service, requires you’re supposed to treat other participants with respect.
-
And not attack them personally and other stuff.
-
Well, he’s been violating those terms of service from the beginning. We put in dozens of complaints about the independent videos. In fact, it reached a point where…
-
I submitted to them, bitchute and rumble, cease and desist, Man’s.
-
stopped doing this, and laid out all the reasons why these were a violation of their terms of service, and…
-
You know, all wrong.
-
Right. And they’ve ignored it. They’ve ignored every… every… every time we file a complaint, they’ve come back.
-
JMjack mullen00:14:44Wait a minute, I can’t hear you anymore.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:14:47Can you hear me now?
-
JMjack mullen00:14:49I can’t.
-
I’m gonna.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:14:51Really?
-
JMjack mullen00:14:52There you go.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:14:54Okay Every time we’d file a complaint about a specific video.
-
JMjack mullen00:15:01It would come back.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:15:03in 20 minutes and say, no, it’s consistent with our terms of service, you know? I mean, I think it’s all done by AI, frankly. I don’t think any human being was looking at any of this.
-
So I sent him this cease and desist early on. Well…
-
It got worse and worse, and this wonderful woman, Susan Bradford, whom he’s also been attacking, Jesse has Russ Winter, Jesse has Joaquina Gopian.
-
Just as he has Carl Hermann.
-
I mean, there are about 6 of us that he’s attacked, a whole lot.
-
Realize that, yeah.
-
If you had an undisputed case, and they don’t reply within a period of time, you can submit a default motion to win.
-
So, it involved submitting an affidavit.
-
And then a motion for a default judgment. Well…
-
I submitted the affidavits. I actually got them recorded in the Western District.
-
But I didn’t do something. I mean, I felt at the time I wasn’t handling it just right. Now…
-
They did nothing in response.
-
Now we’ve reached the point of, especially Susan doing the research.
-
That they are largely invulnerable from liability, unless…
-
They’re participating in the offense that’s being committed! Well, they’re participating in the offenses being committed!
-
And there are a couple other aspects. She’s quite brilliant, and I’m so impressed.
-
That she sorted out, that are now in part of the complaint.
-
that we realized what I needed to do, and I consulted with an attorney who’d assisted me in my appeal here in Wisconsin, not the local.
-
But a fellow from out of state, that…
-
he used to be a very big shot. He had, like, 4 different…
-
offices in 4 different states. He was…
-
Making millions, that sort of thing.
-
But that’s in the distant past, but he’s very competent.
-
And he told me he thought I should back up and just start all over again.
-
So I did, I backed up to start all over again by filing a conventional lawsuit. Because, see, when I filed the affidavit, Jack, it wasn’t in the framework of a motion to, or opening a case, it was just filing the affidavit.
-
Thinking… naively, I could come back if they didn’t respond with a motion for a default judgment. Well…
-
Now I’ve done… filed a proper lawsuit for both this shooter I did Friday, and now Rumble I did today, Tuesday.
-
And guess what?
-
I can build on the fact that I sent them those cease and desist they ignored way back when.
-
And the affidavit, get this, Susan discovered, if you have an affidavit and it goes unchallenged.
-
It becomes fact under the law.
-
So the fact that I mucked it up, and they didn’t bother to respond, because his fencer mucking it up…
-
may in fact, have a silver lining here, Jack, that they may be impaled on their own, negligence.
-
Because, I mean, it’s solid. The affidavits have so much of the evidence that implicates them and Victor in all this abuse.
-
So, I’m actually feeling pretty good, because whatever may have been my fumbles of the past, they actually turned out to have benefits!
-
If they don’t want this to go to a jury, Jack, because if you went to bed shoot.
-
And just put up Victor, Hugh, GoCon, and Jim Fatzer, and you see HUNDREDS Hundreds of these ghastly attacks!
-
There’s no jury in the world that’s gonna side with Rumble, or BitChute or…
-
Victor Hugo, I mean, it is grotesque, it is grotesque.
-
JMjack mullen00:18:59Yeah, I saw it. Now, do you have damages in this, or is this….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:19:03Yes! Oh, super damages!
-
JMjack mullen00:19:07Wouldn’t it be funny if you could pay off your Sandy Hook stuff with that, and then you could tell everybody this?
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:19:13That’s gonna be reversed. I think, independently, that’s gonna be reversed. But yeah, that could happen. I mean, it’s in that category. It is in the millions.
-
JMjack mullen00:19:21Excellent.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:19:22I’ve even got a condition in there if they continue after they’ve been notified. There’s a penalty of $1,000 per day per video.
-
JMjack mullen00:19:30That’s good, I was gonna suggest that, yeah.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:19:32It’s an ongoing offense.
-
And this is all reputational. It’s not so much that I’ve suffered financial damage, because I… how can I, having a lien for a million bucks, hanging over my head, be financially damaged?
-
JMjack mullen00:19:48It’s a punishment for reputational.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:19:51And for violating their own terms of service. I’ll tell you something, Jack.
-
I think these are gonna go forward. I mean, they’re gonna wanna settle. I believe they’re gonna wanna settle, because if this… it’s already in Pacer, okay? Pacer…
-
And this judicial… there are these…
-
Websites that track every federal case.
-
And if you go in there and you look for a Western district, which is a federal court here in Wisconsin, James Fatzer, James H,
-
There they are!
-
And, I mean, it’s got the complaints, and it’s got the statements.
-
In support, and all that, and it’s already there, it’s already filed, it’s already public domain!
-
So I say, they’re not gonna like this. If the public gets winded this, that they’re tolerating this kind of horseshit.
-
I think they’re gonna lose a lot of standing in the eyes of the public, and therefore I think they’re gonna want a saddle.
-
But I’m happy either way. I’ve got enough experience now, I got the hang of it. Federal court… I don’t believe this case is gonna be rigged the way my Sandy Hook case was here in Dane County.
-
And, … You know, I’m calling it out.
-
I mean, the idea for this guy to claim I threw my case when I carried it all the way to the United States Supreme Court, and when I have contemporarily four appeals pending.
-
Jack, how absurd can you get?
-
I mean, it’s defamatory in its face, it blatantly false!
-
So… but the fact is, that implies malice on the part of Victor Hugo, this wind guy, and there’s another attorney named Todd Callender who somehow threw himself in on this.
-
But I’m not going after them in this suit, I’m going to have to rumble and bitch you. So the fact that Victor Hugo displayed malice, so that when…
-
Young is, … Idiot.
-
And that Todd Callender has allowed himself to be abused.
-
We’ve gone to these people, we’ve told them the facts.
-
I have one friend who’s not in this lawsuit.
-
Who wrote to win, like, 10 or 12 emails, because he’d assisted me in drafting my motion to reopen the case.
-
So I said, this is ridiculous to claim Jim through his case, and here’s the bru-proof!
-
And Wynn came back and was giving him a cease and desist, or he didn’t want to hear from him.
-
But look how outrageous that is, Jack! He’s telling Wynn the facts that ought to have led a rational individual to cease with these false attacks on me for throwing a case that I not only didn’t throw, but carried all the way to the Supreme Court and is still in court over.
-
I mean, see, what I love about this is the facts are so blatantly on one side.
-
And the other is so grossly exhibited arrogance, Contempt… you know, insolence.
-
violations of their own terms of service again and again and again. Jack, they actually thought
-
They were invulnerable for lawsuits.
-
JMjack mullen00:23:02Until Susan figured out how it could be done, and I, I, I bless her! I bless her! I bless her!
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:23:09I’m feeling very good about this.
-
JMjack mullen00:23:11Yeah, I am too, except that you’re gonna go to federal court, and I don’t feel very good about that at all, but regardless, I, ….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:23:18It’d be better than Dane County Circuit, mark my word.
-
JMjack mullen00:23:22If they could be, you know, if Rumble and BitChute could be forced to take them down, if nothing else, you know, that would be fantastic. It is a blow for
-
their… their concept of being a free speech platform, when in fact they seem to be a politically directed attack platform. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:23:41That’s right, that’s very fundamental.
-
JMjack mullen00:23:44So, you know, that changes the way everything looks with respect to that band of bandits.
-
Anyway, I’m impressed with that. Do you want to walk through that document real quick?
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:23:57Well, we, we, we may or may not, I mean….
-
JMjack mullen00:24:00It’s okay.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:24:00are available now.
-
JMjack mullen00:24:02Yeah. If you go on… if you can get on Pacer, Pacer is, …
-
We could put it up on the site, too, for members.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:24:08Put them up, put them up, Jack. Put them up for members.
-
th-there… Not long in page numbers.
-
But they’re pretty dense in substance.
-
JMjack mullen00:24:22Right.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:24:23You’ve already got the thrust of it, that they violated their own terms of service, and they’ve done so in ways that are…
-
malicious, harmful, grossly damaging. Look, they even attacked Susan!
-
By Victor finding a picture of a slightly emaciated old woman naked, and put her face on it.
-
JMjack mullen00:24:43I mean….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:24:43that bad!
-
I could go through each of these cases. There’s a horror story with a line of attack he used for each of these, and get this now.
-
I told Susan, my Sandy Oak friends.
-
Had said, you know, when, …
-
Monty Frank hired the guy that he’s known as the Angel of Death.
-
So, Susan followed up. I’d never thought of doing this. Yes, HEI!
-
About Victor Hugo and the Angel of Death. You show that, Jack! Now I sent that to you. Let’s show that and look at it. Because it confirmed it! That’s his name, that he’s a professional character assassin!
-
So, I mean, that would be…
-
Worth adding to the show today.
-
JMjack mullen00:25:31Definitely. Also, makes your case a lot stronger, you know, if you’re…
-
you’re being attacked by a professional serial killer, I think that’s gonna say something. Yeah, that’s right.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:25:41That’s right. See, there’s so much just beneath the surface here. I mean, the case on its face is so strong, but when you dig deeper, it gets worse!
-
JMjack mullen00:25:51It’s stronger for me, and much more harmful for them, the deeper you dig, so….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:25:57That’s another reason I think they’re not going to want to go to court.
-
Even though they got all these high-power attorneys, that’s what my friend in Florida, the attorney who insisted in my appeal.
-
Said they’re gonna have this battery…
-
of high-price attorneys. He said, frankly, in his opinion, I shouldn’t do it, that the suit wasn’t worth 2 cents.
-
And I….
-
JMjack mullen00:26:20Made it!
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:26:21a similar judgment once before and reversed himself. I think that’s gonna happen here. This is gonna be worth a whole lot more than a few cents, Jack.
-
JMjack mullen00:26:30Well, it had to be done anyway. It’s too bad there’s no real magazines left in the world. You could imagine a legitimate operation like Rolling Stone magazine, only it’s legitimate, and not just a front for promoting….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:26:45That’s a great idea!
-
They have sent it to somebody, what’s going on here? They might love it!
-
JMjack mullen00:26:52….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:26:53I have a couple of thoughts where that might be done. I’d love it, Jack.
-
JMjack mullen00:26:56for the… if they had to get involved with even saying anything positive about Sandy Hook, they couldn’t. I mean, I’m positive about the fact that you know what you’re talking about.
-
Yeah. They wouldn’t do it. But if there was somebody like them, and then go ahead and give them a try. Send them over a quick summary of what you would be about. But, imagine….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:27:14I’ll just, I’ll just, I’ll just send them the complaints. I mean, they’re public record.
-
JMjack mullen00:27:18Yeah.
-
And a short note saying, you might have interest in a story here, I’m available, blah blah blah.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:27:24I don’t know about the Angel of death?
-
JMjack mullen00:27:27Yeah, the Angel of Death.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:27:28AI tells us about the angel of death?
-
JMjack mullen00:27:31Yeah.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:27:33It’s very rich, I mean, target-rich environment, Jack. There’s so much here! Yeah. I think that’s a great idea. I’d love it, my friend. I’m gonna do it. I’ll do it. I’ll do it.
-
JMjack mullen00:27:44The evidence that both of those two platforms are failing to do anything about something as egregiously obvious is evidence, in my mind, circumstantial as it is, that they are doing it on purpose, and that they are part of this….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:28:00Well, when you read the background.
-
There’s an interlocking network here, including some figures gonna surprise you. They’re all tied together in this enterprise. You’re gonna be very surprised.
-
JMjack mullen00:28:13Well, I know who owns Rumble, and you know, they’re all criminals. I mean, there’s a bunch of billionaire a-holes like Peter Thiel, the actual reptile, …
-
and others like him that, you know, we don’t care a rat’s behind about anything that’s moral, legitimate, truthful, etc. They’re just about an agenda. And so…
-
Bitchute, you know, I would imagine it’s gone to the dark side a long time ago with respect to being bought up. I mean, they’ve got a lot of new, technology and stuff that isn’t cheap, and they seem to be a little bit more reliable than they ever were.
-
So, who knows? But, you know, the way you end this whole thing of free speech is you just buy them all.
-
And there’s a dollar amount that no one will walk away from for any situation, until eventually, you know, they buy them all up, the same as they did with all the newspapers and all the magazines, and they are in charge of things like the New York Times bestseller list and stuff, and so only people get on that list.
-
meet the criteria, and it has a heavily, Jewish, filtering system. So…
-
Anyway, you’re definitely up against the animals. Again, you can’t get away from it, can you?
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:29:25What can I say? That’s my third career, Jack!
-
I’d like to see… I’m relishing it, because it makes me feel like I’m doing something for the public good, you know? I mean, this isn’t…
-
It’s because they were attacking me. I mean, these are…
-
700 videos attacking me, and then my colleagues are brought in, but I’m talking about videos with my name in the title!
-
JMjack mullen00:29:47Right.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:29:48Staggering!
-
So….
-
JMjack mullen00:29:52You could be the warrior professor. I mean, this is… your life story here in the end has been about, you know, standing in front of things that most people would run away from that would…
-
Cause other people to feel humiliated by what they do to you, and you don’t give a shit, and you just keep going forward.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:30:08You’re 100% correct. It’s like the combination of the philosophical analytical background with a former Marine Corps officer doesn’t want to take any shit!
-
JMjack mullen00:30:18Yep.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:30:19cares about his country and the future, and how it’s decayed around him. I mean, this is, ….
-
JMjack mullen00:30:25Yeah.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:30:26Asian it was when I was growing up.
-
JMjack mullen00:30:29So, how much time, before we leave this topic, how much time do we have to wait until there’ll be some response? 30 days, or…?
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:30:3530 days.
-
JMjack mullen00:30:36And then if they don’t respond to that, then that was….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:30:39Then I file a motion for a default judgment.
-
JMjack mullen00:30:42And that gives you access to everything you asked for.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:30:45No, it would be a judgment against them in the amount that I asked.
-
JMjack mullen00:30:49That’s what I’m saying, yeah, you would get damages… Yeah! And then you would have to file a suit somehow to get those damages paid to you.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:30:56Well, that’s true, Jack, but I’m telling you, they’re reaching a point where they’re gonna start…
-
Screaming, because, you know, they weren’t supposed to have anything like this ever happen to them.
-
JMjack mullen00:31:09Yeah, well….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:31:11to do with that perseverance. You know, I’m very persevering.
-
You know, I mean, that’s not gonna let it drop. I mean, look how many… I’ve been 7 years in this Sandy Hook thing.
-
this lawsuit!
-
I’m not letting it go.
-
JMjack mullen00:31:24No? And you’re not getting enough….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:31:26new evidence, and you know, I’ve really got so much evidence now, it’s overpowering.
-
JMjack mullen00:31:31Yep, it’s time for….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:31:32It’s already fled! The judge has already gone ahead and dodge!
-
He retired five and a half years early!
-
Me, a pro se litigant.
-
JMjack mullen00:31:45Right. That makes it just all the better. I mean, if you went in there with super high power, you know, if you went in there with Perry Mason and won, ….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:31:54It would all be attributed to Perry.
-
This is, …
-
This is a Jim Fetzer Brose Ludigan operation, you know, suits, and … I meant to add.
-
So when I reopen the case, This was, last year.
-
To get, you know… because the judge had deprived me, and I had new evidence, and all that sort of thing.
-
Lenny Posner…
-
Ruben Wabner said, he thought my briefs were much better now, and I said, well, that’s because I’m writing to myself!
-
I myself wrote Jack, and he said he thought they were much better!
-
But all the briefs before have been written by other persons, but these… the last series in, …
-
the Dane County case were all… I wrote them.
-
JMjack mullen00:32:47Abe Lincoln is proud of you.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:32:53It feels good to do something about it, you know, just to passively be the recipient of all this happy horse shit. You know, I don’t… that’s not my style.
-
JMjack mullen00:33:01Right.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:33:02But take a bite down.
-
JMjack mullen00:33:05Alright, well, in order to keep up with.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:33:06Again, I’m just so grateful to you and members of this group and so forth for their ongoing support. It’s made a real difference.
-
In many ways, this is the culmination of all that support over all these years.
-
JMjack mullen00:33:18Well, I mean, it’s the least that I can do, and … you know, I wish I had more time to devote and more resources, but regardless, I’ve helped you out as much as I can do it, and I’m.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:33:29Oh, you’re doing fabulous, and you know I got my course, Conspiracy 101.
-
JMjack mullen00:33:34Yep.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:33:35Critical Thinking and Conspiracy Theories starts on the 3rd of September, Jack! That’s just a couple weeks away!
-
JMjack mullen00:33:42Third of September.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:33:43That’s a 15-week college-level course by Zoom, comfort of your own home, one class a week, Wednesday evenings.
-
All the reading materials and everything provided….
-
JMjack mullen00:33:59Yep, can’t beat that. And it’s a couple days before 9-11, the big one, so you’ll have a few days to introduce it.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:34:04I’m being, …
-
A friend who runs Real Deal Media is arranging a debate between me and Richard Gage about 9-11. It’ll probably be on the 9th.
-
JMjack mullen00:34:18Huh. And he was, ….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:34:19Figure behind architects and engineers.
-
JMjack mullen00:34:22Yeah, I remember him. And, I think I have something he wrote, back in my….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:34:28A huge amount of publicity.
-
JMjack mullen00:34:30Yeah, yeah.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:34:30Scholars didn’t get any money, we were sabotaged by members who thought I was wandering off the reservation when I rejected their nanothermite theory.
-
JMjack mullen00:34:42Right. Which was hopelessly inadequate.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:34:44and began exploring that target, as including Judy Wood’s directed energy.
-
where I featured Judy 15 times on my shows, Jack, and I was pioneering interaction between computers and radio, because I’d have the radio audience go to her website on their computer, and then we’d go through articles and photos and studies. She had…
-
It was really quite glorious.
-
And then she turned on me, after I pointed out that her book was successful in eliminating big nukes, but didn’t deal with small nukes.
-
And would you believe, Jack, did I tell you this story before? So, before my Vancouver hearings in, 2012, I posted a 5-star review of Judy’s book on Amazon, did I tell you this?
-
JMjack mullen00:35:31Yeah, we talked about it last time in depth, and….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:35:35with thousands of attacks when I came back. Yeah. And then when I downgraded it to 3-star, and it put in the U.S. Geological Survey, got over 7,000 attacks, that’s when Amazon is now banned. You can’t comment on other reviews. Well, this is why.
-
JMjack mullen00:35:50It has, definitely. I mean, it’s….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:35:52It never happened before, I have no doubt.
-
JMjack mullen00:35:55There’s a book right there. I mean, you’ve got a book just sitting in the comments at Amazon.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:35:59Yeah, yeah, yeah, I think they’ve wiped them now. I don’t think they’re still… you can’t even find him.
-
JMjack mullen00:36:06But this is… this is just classic, intelligence operation behavior, in that they give… they give people a story that’s so close to possible, and then the whole herd goes down that path, and they lead them off the rail, into the woods, and long past.
-
you know, the actual, real stuff, and they did that with Judy Woods, and then we talked about that last week, so I’m not gonna repeat it, but regardless, that’s the same thing with everything. I mean, you know….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:36:33Jack. Get this, Jack.
-
JMjack mullen00:36:35So I just…
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:36:37Yesterday, had my second anniversary on RBN, right, where I succeeded Michael Rivero.
-
So I’ve been on it for 2 years yesterday.
-
And a caller from Vancouver.
-
Well, we’ve been talking about a bit about 9-11 and Judy and so forth. We’re saying…
-
The decisive proof that it cannot have been a directed energy weapon, as Judy claims, is because the structure of the Twin Towers made them Faraday cages, and you can’t get
-
electric energy into a Faraday cage!
-
So, this is brilliant!
-
It’s absolutely correct! So Judy’s been shoveling shit from the beginning!
-
JMjack mullen00:37:19Yep.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:37:20doubling shit from the beginning, Jack! This is just fabulous!
-
So I’m gonna incorporate this when I do my debate with Richard Gage, because we’re gonna be talking about how it was done.
-
And, you know, I’ve given all the reasons why it wasn’t directed at any… why it was nukes, but this is really a clobbering. This is a bullet between the eyes.
-
For advocates of directed energy on 9-11.
-
JMjack mullen00:37:45Yeah. Well, and the other problem with that is that she couldn’t come up with any…
-
plausible way on Earth that that could have been done, and then to come up with the power source being that hurricane was offshore, all that stuff was just sort of nonsense that wrapped it around in some sort of a way that, you know, the conspiracy world that believes in all sorts of ridiculous things would have picked it up on it and run with it well.
-
…
-
And it changes the subject. So, I mean, that’s the primary thing about what I’m trying to get at here, is that she had a lot of subject changes in there, and then people would just go off and down those roads. And then they’d get angry with you if you got in the way of that, made them feel bad. You stumbled onto their ego, and then damaged it.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:38:32I’ve stepped on a lot of toes in my time, Jack, I’ll just tell you.
-
JMjack mullen00:38:37Anyway, let’s talk about a couple other things here before we wrap all this up, because it’s been getting a while. So we got a whole new
-
world of things that are going on right now. We have the continuous distractions trying to lead people away from the Epstein situation, which doesn’t seem to be going away nicely.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:38:58It’s not gonna go away.
-
JMjack mullen00:39:00And we have Trump now in D.C, taking over the town, basically, you know.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:39:08And telling all the homeless to leave immediately.
-
JMjack mullen00:39:11They want the homeless to get out, and we’re gonna go.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:39:13They don’t have any financial resources, that’s why they’re homeless, they don’t even have credit cards! No. How can they just pack up and leave Washington? I mean, he’s gone crazy, Jack. He’s gone absolutely bananas.
-
JMjack mullen00:39:25They’re gonna have to walk, right? So, they gotta walk to where?
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:39:30SHI out of me, I’ll just tell ya. This is so ridiculous.
-
JMjack mullen00:39:35There’s, …
-
I’ve got the video here, and we don’t necessarily have to listen to it, because I’ve got a couple other things to play, but the Washington, D.C. mayor, …
-
he, talking about, you know, that this thing is… and to be fair, she’s pretty intelligent sounding. Her name’s, Muriel Bowser. Anyway, she was saying that, you know, that
-
that Trump’s got this all wrong, their crime rate’s down 30% since 2023, and it’s lower than it was in 2019, and that they’ve been on top of this. And then she cites some examples of things that he claimed
-
or, you know, relevant. And of course, they’re going to use this,
-
staged or not staged Jewish shooting down there.
-
and I can’t remember that guy’s name that got shot, but… or did two people. There was a man of….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:40:27The CDC shooting.
-
JMjack mullen00:40:28No, this is, this was somebody in DC. They were at a… that was late at night at some kind of Jewish festival thing.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:40:38Gotta be Jewish, Jack, it’s gotta be Jewish.
-
JMjack mullen00:40:41Anyway, they… they’re two people that…
-
came from England, maybe? I can’t remember the story now, but it’s been… because there’s so many stories similar, but it’s about 6 months ago, and … anyway, you know, they want to, …
-
suggests that, you know, that this is an anti-Semitic crime, and so that leads me into the next thing, you know, that they’re now moving very quickly to classify anything that they decide is a hate crime is also an anti-Semitic. And they’re mixing the two together in such a way
-
It is a little bit disheartening. You see, Judge Jeanine, I guess is her name, I don’t know her last name, but she… she was talking about…
-
she was talking about the fact that they were going to really crack down on anti-Semitism.
-
And there’s nobody that’s in any position of power that’s saying anything about the fact that anti-Semitism just means no free speech. It’s separating speech into different categories, and then you’re allowed to have free speech on this one topic, or whatever. And that’s what Trump was here to do, is to move it towards a way in which they can shut up everybody who wants to talk about the atrocities
-
of the Jewish genocide machine. We see that Netanyahu has said that no reporters are allowed in Palestine now as they go through Operation Wipe Up, and,
-
I think this is just an incredible thing that they got away with. I’ve never seen anything in my lifetime that would even indicate that it could happen. Now, I’m not saying that, you know, we didn’t see a few good mass murders in my lifetime, you know, in Africa, for example. However.
-
you know, this… this is not even comparable, and it’s ongoing, and it’s televised, and it’s laughable from the point of view of the… of the Jews. They just smile and keep right on shooting people with, for target practice. Anyway, I’m gonna, play this little bit here from Stu Peters, because I like…
-
to maybe introduce an audience who does… who won’t normally listen to Stu for whatever reason.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:42:49I think….
-
JMjack mullen00:42:50To hear…
-
to hear somebody formulate things in a very rational discussion, and … and yet say all the hard things that most of us don’t even know how to say. And so, we’ll play this, and then we’ll get your response from that, once I find my share button.
-
Click the share sound button.
-
Click this… And we’ll go to full screen.
-
You should probably be reminded of the fact that when you see Donald Trump trying to shift attention over to the blue criminals, the Democrats, the lunatic left.
-
And away from the red criminals, the conservatives, the Republican, the GOP, which is exactly what he and those in his orbit are trying to do right now. In fact, we’re even hearing that Trump is about to begin mass arrests. Not of pedophiles.
-
No, of his political enemies. And according to this viral X post over the weekend, that’s already happening, this post, which was made by a now-suspended account called Julian Assange News, claims that, quote.
-
Panic erupts inside FBI headquarters. Trump activates secret military tribunals. Federal buildings are bleeding insiders. Senior FBI figures are vanishing, escorted out in silence, no cameras. No statements. The purge has begun. This isn’t politics.
-
This is a decapitation strike on a criminal intelligence regime that’s operated above the law for decades. Trump isn’t draining the swamp, he’s gutting it with military precision. Sealed indictments are now action orders. Over a dozen high-ranking FBI officials tied to anti-Trump ops, J6 persecutions, and foreign surveillance have been removed without warning.
-
End quote.
-
Yeah, none of that ever happened. And it’s not going to.
-
Don’t you remember back during Trump’s first term, we all kept hearing of all of these so-called reports that Hillary Clinton had been secretly taken to Guantanamo Bay, and that John Brennan was about to be put on trial for treason?
-
Barack Obama was on his way to join Hillary at Gitmo.
-
Adam Schiff, he met his maker.
-
He was begging for his life. The original execution method didn’t pan out or something like that, so they just had to use a silver bullet, one single bullet, to end Schiff.
-
We were told over and over again that these people were gonna be marched out of Washington, D.C. in orange jumpsuits, they were gonna be put on trial, convicted, and sentenced to death!
-
One of Trump’s top campaign slogans was Hillary for prison, but of course, that never happened either, and it’s not going to.
-
So this story, these so-called mass arrests, it’s QAnon-level BS.
-
Yes, all of the people mentioned in that post, and a whole lot more of them, are criminals. They’re treasonous traitors to the country, and to the American people. Nobody here at this network, nobody on planet Earth would dispute that.
-
Everybody knows that. But here’s the thing, so is Trump. All of this gutting the swamp talk, it’s fake.
-
It’s a distraction, it’s some guy sitting behind his computer, pumped full of hopium and wishful thinking, or he’s a subversive, or he’s paid, he’s an actor, or maybe it’s AI, who knows? Whatever the case is, it’s fake and gay.
-
It’s a hoax to take your eyes off of the cover-up, the real cover-up that’s playing out in D.C. right now. The cover-up for government pedophiles, whether they’re in the White House, specifically the Oval Office and Congress, in the courts, sitting at home, pulling a nice taxpayer pension after spending their entire adult life ripping off the American people as an illegitimate member of an illegitimate government. All of these people belong in prison.
-
Whether they’re a Republican or a Democrat.
-
Whether they’re linked to the Spygate story, or to the Epstein story, or to something else entirely, the highest levels of the United States government are occupied by subversive criminals and pedophiles. It’s just the way it is.
-
And the longer that the American people allow narratives to be shifted and molded to fit the political whims of the day, as long as they allow these people to remain free walking around with impunity, it’s not gonna stop.
-
They’re not going to investigate and go after each other. They’re coming after us.
-
They’re spying on us!
-
They’re trafficking the children of people from families like ours.
-
Anyway, that’s just a powerful and.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:47:11Yeah, Stu’s great. I’m very impressed with him. Brilliant guy!
-
JMjack mullen00:47:15Fury!
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:47:16Utterly fearless, Jack.
-
JMjack mullen00:47:19Yep, he seems to be fearless. And I was going to show you
-
it’s underneath this, and I… but I found the actual article, … Yeah, this is it.
-
Okay, so there’s two articles here, and this one’s, tens of thousands of pedophiles operate in Israel. This is from the Jerusalem Post, so, you know, we’re gonna say that it’s…
-
She’s probably….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:47:42Nice American egg.
-
JMjack mullen00:47:44Yeah, but, …
-
In July alone, 22 cases of pedophilia recorded in Israel. That doesn’t mean they did anything about it. Tens of thousands of pedophiles operate in Israel every year, leading to 100,000 victims annually, according to an Israeli pedophile Monitoring Association.
-
Sorry. This association, an organization that actively keeps track of reports on pedophiles in various media and centralizes the data, states that in July alone, 22 cases of pedophilia were reported in Israel, and brought to the attention of the media, the vast majority go unreported. Imagine how many there really are.
-
And they operate every day, tens of thousands of them, without any problem. They’re not deterred by the police, certainly not deterred by contemptuous rulings that come from the hands of judges in the various courts.
-
Citing an incident in which one particular pedophile was let off by the courts without punishment, despite evidence of thousands of pedophilic items found on his computer, as the court stated, it would
-
harm his career. Well, we certainly can’t have that. Anyway, this goes on and on and on, and as sickening as it is, then we have this thing. Israel’s trying to legalize pedophilia. Now, this was a 2023 article, but regardless, it’s the same thing. They want to be able to get
-
The age is down to 14. Now, I have read recently a book called the 16 Masks of Hell. I’m not quite finished it. It’s something hard to get a hold of. It’s a pretty amazing book by a guy named Jason Horsley, and Horsley, anyway, but he talks about
-
I mean, he brings Hollywood… it’s a magnificent discussion of all this underworld pedophilia, …
-
the trafficking, the way Hollywood manipulates through movies, and just amazing book. But anyway, he was saying that the ideal age for a heterosexual pedophile is… males want 13-year-old girls
-
14 are acceptable. Well, we know that Trump was hanging around a lot of 13-year-old girls at the time, and they dress them up, and they’re pretty, and they have no idea what they’re even doing. And, before long, they’re hurt. You know, it’s the example of, …
-
… oh my god, I just lost his name. The guy that was the famous actor in the 60s that played, …
-
the role of the Roman Emperor in… was it Spartacus? Douglas was his first name?
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:50:14Yep.
-
JMjack mullen00:50:15Kirk Douglas, yes. It’s like this guy. I mean, these powerful people, he raped Natalie Wood when she was 16 years old, and did so in a way that is so violent that, you know, I wouldn’t want to speak of it here. But these people
-
populate all of the, you know, higher levels of our consciousness through the media, through movies, through being on television, like Trump and the rest of them. And when we come to find out, and it’s one of the things that this book is really helpful to fill in the blanks, is that this world is filled with nothing but actors. I mean, acting is the business of most people that we see in any way, shape, or form.
-
And whether it be on TV and news, TV and government, whether it’s in the movie theater, anywhere, that there’s a place where you can watch somebody that you’re not standing in front of that has a number of other people watching at the same time. You’re likely looking at an actor, and these actors all end up in the same situation.
-
They come from backgrounds that are generally related to some sort of sexual abuse.
-
child abuse, lots of sexual abuse. People like Robert Downey Jr, for example, you know, he has a life of a background and a history of being sexually abused as a young person. Well, he’s just one of so many of them. And there’s no justice, and nothing is ever done for these people.
-
And now we have Israel wanting to make it, you know, just fine. And these, these girls, and like Natalie Wood, you know, she was damaged for the rest of her life. She had physical problems from it that never healed. They deformed her in a way.
-
But she also couldn’t have a normal relationship, and anyway, you know, it’s just this… it hurts my feelings. I thought she was a fantastically beautiful girl, and loved her in, when she was a little girl, what was she in? She was in, that Christmas Story,
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:52:10You’re talking still about Natalie Wood.
-
JMjack mullen00:52:12Yeah, yeah. Anyway, you know, you just take a girl like that and ruin her entire life. Anyway, this is what’s going on in Israel right now, and yet, in that last article, they talk about how many people that, you know, come back to Israel after being charged with pedophilia somewhere else.
-
Tens of thousands of pedophiles operate every year in Israel. So, anyway, this… there’s no way we’re going to see any end to that story, and we’re never going to see any resolution. We already know there is a Black Book. I mean, the Black Book came out, what, circa 2010 or 11?
-
And it was discovered in Jeffrey Epstein’s property in Florida, and then it was later published in two forms. One was redacted, and the other was in its entire form, and it was Jeffrey Epstein’s butler, I think, a guy named…
-
His name will come to me in a second. Anyway, he published it, and then he decided he was going to try to sell it, and it was during the process of trying to sell it that he ended up ending… his life got ended earlier than he expected, and the book disappeared then. But people have copies of it, and Whitney Webb has
-
you know, some photocopies of the redacted version, but some of the stuff’s not redacted, including Trump. You know, Trump’s in there with his name circled, Les Wexman, and …
-
many others. And so, you know, we already have that information, and it could be shown, because we know that if that book went public, and it did, then there’s lots of copies of it, and …
-
for whatever reason, nobody’s coming out of the woodwork saying, by the way, here’s the book. So we’re just being told that we didn’t have… well, first we’re told by Pam Bondi they had 10,000 pages of documents that they’re going to have to bring it in in wheelbarrow truckload loads, and then we’re told that it was all a hoax, they don’t really have anything at all.
-
And this is just the magic of how evil this system is. There’s no real court systems, there’s no real litigator, there’s no real district court, you know, there’s no prosecutors gonna come after them, that’s all BS. Prosecution is handled by the state. The state’s run by the pedophilic army, and we have no independent way. You know, even back in the ancient days of
-
of, you know, the circa 1000 AD, we had roaming courts that would move from town to town to town that had no commitment or connection to any particular ruling government.
-
And they would make judgments that, you know, were binding and people, respected.
-
And didn’t have to worry about the fact that they were paid. It doesn’t make any sense to me that this system grew out in the United States, where the federal government, and then subsequently the states, etc, would be entirely in charge of the legal system. They would hire, they would vet, they would promote, they would, you know.
-
Keep forever through their laws of… same thing as not being able to get rid of a congressman, because there’s no limits on their terms.
-
And so, we can see that this has just been a scam since day one. And, so now we have to think of a way around it, which means that we go around this system somehow, and that roaming court idea is not a bad idea, if it could be legitimized. Like, if you could get it to happen.
-
And one group moved from one town to another and made… at least if they made indictments and got convictions, whether they did anything about it, it’s a separate story. But if they could prove the evidence or show discovery.
-
so many things would change, I think. And I’m sure that that idea would be…
-
Probably shot down pretty quickly. What do you think?
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:55:50Yeah, fascinating, Jack. Just love it.
-
Just like your ideas of… Going to magazines or whatever about this other story, …
-
There’s some outlets that just might have an interest. Publicity is everything here.
-
JMjack mullen00:56:07Absolutely. Letting the public know what’s going on.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:56:10Makes a huge difference.
-
Still, today in America, it does.
-
JMjack mullen00:56:16And how about this story? Okay, so we live in a country where if you are charged with a sexual crime, you have a history that goes with you, you can’t work mostly, you have to report to the police wherever you go. And if you happen to be involved with one where you’ve led
-
an innumerable number of men and women, but mostly girls, young girls, you know, into sexual slavery. You’re supposed to go to jail for a long time.
-
And, and now we have her moved to Club Fed, and now she’s out on work release. How long is it before she’s actually with him, back in, ….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:56:51Israel.
-
JMjack mullen00:56:52Yeah. I mean, she’s not gonna be around much longer. We’re seeing the last of her.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:56:57My opinion, too, Jack. She could just walk right off of the prison camp and be gone forever.
-
JMjack mullen00:57:03Yeah, and that’s obviously what’s gonna happen, and who set that up? Trump. And what was the deal? The deal was, you don’t mention me anymore.
-
And, I’ll get you out of this slammer. And this is… I’m sorry?
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:57:20I agree, you’re 100% spot on.
-
JMjack mullen00:57:23And this is the real evidence that people should wake up to, instead of
-
of, you know, constantly coming up with excuses. I mean, I read them in the comments, they make me sick. These people are absolutely nuts. You know, they’re saying that, no, he’s just playing along with this to get more, more exposure and bring out other pedophiles, and all… I mean, unbelievable stuff. Or they….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:57:47Go back to those Q stories that Stu Peters was reviewing.
-
JMjack mullen00:57:51Yeah, that….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:57:52tribunals, all the executions, Trump really draining the swamp, cleaning the house. None of it. None of it was true. None. Zero zip. Not a zilch!
-
JMjack mullen00:58:04Yep, and then they had to come up with reasons of why the person they said was recently killed at Gitmo was still around. Well, that’s because they put a double in, they said.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:58:13Ours, of course!
-
Of course.
-
JMjack mullen00:58:17And he had to go on acting just like the original one, so that he didn’t tip off his buddies that he was dead. I mean, I read that.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:58:24Right.
-
JMjack mullen00:58:25And so, if… if America’s gonna buy that.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.00:58:30What kind of bag of shit won’t they buy? Buy just about any goddamn thing you want to sell, Jack.
-
JMjack mullen00:58:36So what it means is there’s a line here between the left and the right, and the middle, and the sides, and each one of these camps has their wall put up, and that’s as far as you can go.
-
And without something kinetic happening, and that would be from… and this is the funny part, but that would be from the people who not only had a wall around their own belief system, but they also had enough energy, strength, courage, weren’t fat, so fat that they could walk.
-
that they’d be willing to do something kinetic about it. I mean, something has to change here to break this thing open like an egg and get the guts out of the middle of it. And it won’t happen. It’s not going to happen by me writing on X every day, you know, and sharing wonderful Stu Peter’s
-
post, but we got this guy here. He’s a Jewish intel guy. He was, …
-
The hell is his name? I thought it was in here. Oh yeah, Jewish intelligence officer Ari ben Manashi confirms Netanyahu is blackmailing President Trump. Now, this, to me, seems like a plant, too, because this gets Trump off the hook.
-
Because he’s being blackmailed, and he says in here, and this is very compelling, he says a lot of good stuff, and there’s a lot of truth in there, which is what you get in a limited hangout. But, you know, he’s telling us that Trump needs to say, okay, I’ve been with some young girls.
-
Okay, let’s put that aside for a minute. I’m gonna stop the genocide, and I’m gonna redeem myself, you know, by doing this kind of thing.
-
And so, he gives Trump a way in which he can crawl back into the world without
-
You know, having to take responsibility for
-
the unbelievable stuff that has happened to these people, and still happens, and the CPS that.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:00:25That’s very clever, Jack. That’s very clever.
-
JMjack mullen01:00:30You mean what he’s doing here?
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:00:31He has a proposal about how Trump could work his way out of the Maranas.
-
JMjack mullen01:00:35Yeah. This is how they do it. They bring in a guy like this, he’s obviously on the other side, he’s been on the other side. I mean, what was the name of the Russian spy, Yuri… Uranov? …
-
Anyway, you know, he explained this is how they do it, and I read in great detail everything he wrote at that time, and anyway, it’s amazing. They’ll just… they’ll move the crowd into another room, okay? They all agree Trump’s a bad guy, but, you know, he’s not… he’s not killing people. Oh, yeah, he is. But, you know, we can fix it if we just somehow get back and
-
tell Israel to stop. Oh, by the way, we’ve already killed a million and a half of them, but we can’t give those back, but we can stop right now.
-
So I want to ask you, before we do wrap this up tonight, what do you think… by the way, I just… I mentioned this, I’m going to pull it up here. This site stops CPS from legally kidnapping children. The evidence in here for the legal kidnapping of children by our own government, right in front of our faces.
-
is overwhelming, and I’ll try to get this and put it in with the…
-
You know, with the show notes. But anyway, I want to get your opinion on,
-
What are we gonna see in Israel, I mean, in Palestine? Are we going to literally see them kill them all, or just…
-
kill most of them, and do like Trump’s doing in D.C, out, you gotta go, there’s no choice. And then we just see, you know, Las Vegas on the Mediterranean grow right there in Palestine. What’s gonna happen?
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:02:09I don’t think they can quite pull it off, Jack. They’ve… And so far.
-
And I’m predicting 400 to 500 will die from the starvation. You reach a point when you no longer have the trace minerals happen with Karen Carpenter. When she began eating again, it was already too late.
-
So they’re gonna have largely… but I don’t think they can completely… the world is becoming finally aroused here.
-
I mean, it’s… If it’s late.
-
JMjack mullen01:02:38Right.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:02:39But it might… Just might not be too little, ….
-
JMjack mullen01:02:45What about this? Three-quarters of UN already support a Palestinian state, they’re shitting bricks.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:02:52So many countries, Vance has said the U.S. has no plans to recognize a Palestinian state. Trump’s standing is just in the pit.
-
He’s made so many stupid moves here, Jack. And this Epstein thing is, he…
-
That’s why I thought that was fascinating. He… he’s… if he could find a way to extricate himself, he ought to take it. That might be the way to do it, but I don’t see him actually pulling it off.
-
There’s all this stuff that ties him to Ivanka!
-
I mean, you got some of these victims… Saying there’s this Katie Johnson.
-
See, when she put on a blonde wig, he said… and she was 13, he said, you remind me of my daughter, who’s also 13.
-
And he was all just disgusting! Something Pam Bondi, or Christy Noem, some of these other people, or this Carolyn Levin are picked because they remind him of Ivanka.
-
And she, I think, has had a bad, bad influence on him, but I do think that’s the ultimate blackmail. I believe I actually did have sex with her as a child.
-
JMjack mullen01:03:59Yeah, I have no doubt about it. And especially if he wasn’t even her real father, if, …
-
if he died, and I don’t know how old she is, but he died supposedly in 89. What did you think about the rabbi who called out Macron for supporting Palestine, saying that he was making his own coffin?
-
And that, that he would be inevitably killed for supporting that idea. And then Macron had his police establishment, you know, go after this rabbi.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:04:34a threat to assassinate.
-
JMjack mullen01:04:36Yep.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:04:37Did you catch this incredibly stupid thing Trump has done? He put a $50 million bounty on Maduro of Venezuela?
-
JMjack mullen01:04:45Yep.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:04:46Who can play that game?
-
You can get $100 million for Trump’s head, for crying out loud.
-
JMjack mullen01:04:51Probably!
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:04:52Trump is much more vulnerable. This was about as dumb a thing as you could do. It’s also a violation of U.S. law. Reagan, Carter, Ford all signed executive action against the assassination of foreign leaders. He’s so ignorant.
-
He doesn’t even know when what he’s doing is ILLEGAL, much less, of course, totally corrupt and immoral. He does that all the time, so…
-
I think there’s… Colossally stupid thing to do.
-
JMjack mullen01:05:19Yep, it’s about as stupid as Australia outlawing machetes and not outlawing illegals killing people with machetes. It’s just incredible that they would go to the extent you would outlaw a machete but not get rid of the people.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:05:35I do think this Gaza thing is leading up to a crescendo.
-
JMjack mullen01:05:40It helps you.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:05:41may not be what Bibi was anticipating. He’s got his own generals telling him they think this is wrong, they shouldn’t do it. He’s having to threaten to fire them. He’s got this rich finance minister saying you gotta do it faster and in a more brutal fashion.
-
Well, the world has caught on, Jack! I mean, you know, how long did you think you could slaughter these people and, escape attention, you know?
-
It’s all working out very badly for Israel, and unfortunately, because we’re there aiding and abetting, it’s working out badly for the United States and the community of nations.
-
JMjack mullen01:06:18I agree. I wrote to my senators and told them that, you know, they’re causing a curse to be placed on the United States, and they’re harming every person in it, in the country.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:06:30After this stupid thing with Maduro, don’t be surprised how many drug lords would be able to put up big bucks to take out Trump. He’s gonna be taken out.
-
JMjack mullen01:06:38Yeah.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:06:39It was just the dumbest thing he could possibly have done.
-
JMjack mullen01:06:42And unfortunately, we’ll follow up with Vance in probably a permanent police state.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:06:49Who the F knows, right? But all those prospects are very disturbing, and…
-
It’s not obvious we got a way out.
-
JMjack mullen01:06:56No, no. Not without immediate kinetic action from a lot of people, and …
-
I just don’t see it anywhere happening.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:07:05What’s a chance? Yeah.
-
JMjack mullen01:07:07Well, I don’t want to keep you up any longer. It looks like you put in a long day.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:07:14No, I did, Jack, but it’s a good day, and I’m pretty happy with this.
-
way to tie it all together, so I’m… I’m very, very happy, enjoying the show, and very appreciative of everyone who has continued to support me throughout, because this is…
-
Reaching a point where we might actually see a payoff.
-
JMjack mullen01:07:35Right.
-
Well, as a good attorney, you need to get your sleep, so….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:07:42Not my third career.
-
JMjack mullen01:07:43Jack, I thank you, I thank you. Loved it, Stephanie. You’re both wonderful.
-
You’re wonderful, too. We love you, we’re looking forward to hearing from you about, where your case goes, and …
-
I’m gonna put… what am I gonna put in the show notes? Whatever I said, I’ll….
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:07:58We’re gonna put the complaints in the show notes.
-
JMjack mullen01:08:00complaints from the show, yeah. Okay, all right, well, we’ll look forward to see you next week.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:08:05You got it.
-
JMjack mullen01:08:06Love ya. Bye, Jim.
-
Jim Fetzer, Ph.D.01:08:08Cheers.
