29/Sep/22:
Ron talked about how the topics of law can change during litigation. He used the example of Pozner v. Fetzer, a “Sandy Hook” related defamation trial. The topic moved from the question of the authenticity of a “death certificate;” to what a sound summary judgment methodology would consist of to protect the 7th Amendment; to the proper means of taking intellectual property; to the application of the 7th Amendment right to trial by jury in the states; to how the 14th Amendment applies to that and summary judgment methodology. Ron said he fully expects the Supreme Court of the United States will issue a Writ of Certiorari in the Fetzer v. Pozner case. This year you may have the 7th Amendment of the United States of American apply to you in your state as a result of Fetzer v. Pozner. Most amazing! Follow this at: https://www.supremecourt.
