Jim Is Good And Here, Finally, Is The Update

Hello Everyone:

I am very sorry for the lateness of this message. I will explain.

Jim had the surgery and came through OK  –  I spoke with him Friday morning around 11 AM.

He was delighted that they did only a dual bypass – not triple.  He was told that the third was not necessary.

The operation was approximately 5 hours, and Jim woke up horrified by the breathing tube down his throat.

At that time he was hungry and eating pancakes and french toast.

It was my plan to get back to him that evening, but my day got away. In fact, work consumed my Saturday. On Sunday he told me that he was having a complication causing low blood pressure and that he was looking for a non-vaccinated donor to provide him with some blood in hopes that it would speed recovery and get him out of the hospital.

But as good fortune would have it today his blood pressure has returned to normal – his bandages are off and the appetite is approaching normal.

I will update with further progress – Jim says maybe tomorrow he gets out.
