  • We’re here again. What is… is this actually a Tuesday? Yeah, really a Tuesday this week. And, we’re getting set for a big event tomorrow. Folks, Jim’s got a big,

  • Parkland, Orlando, Charlottesville, Las Vegas, Pizzagate, Epstein, Pandemic and the Vax, World War II, that’s really the Holocaust. Charlie Kirk, dead or alive, and the war with Iran. Does Israel Really Run America? We know the answer to that already.
  • We’ll take a look, you know, at the way of tying things together.
  • Typically, it’s a 2-hour, it’s 8 AM Central Time, and I’ll give an hour lecture, and then we’re open for an hour of discussion, and you can ask questions and the whole bit, lots of interaction.
  • And I think it may be a relatively modest group, so if anyone’s eager to participate, you’ll have plenty

Please stop, and this video was part… based on information contained within law enforcement-sensitive systems, suggesting financial activity patterns commonly associated with illegal…

  • And this is all based on the fact that they flagged your license plate. You know, they got some sort of reader thing there somewhere, and it notifies them, this guy’s on I-95, and last seen here should be at this location coming up.
  • And, I mean, it’s just a terrible world that they’re building for us to live in. It’s a police state beyond belief, it’s an open-air prison. It’s a panoptagonal-type prison, and it’s only going to get worse unless people do something, I think, physical is,

  • I wanted to bring to your attention, because we’ve talked about this many times, but this is just about the unresolved situation with this so-called insurrection on January 6th. You know, it’s another one of these lies and deliberate setup of MAGA people

  • Anyway, in this case, FBI knows January 5th, DC pipe bomber was a cop.

  • And a woman, and a woman, Jack.
  • Yep, yep. And yet they’re not going to do a thing about it. Capital police on.
  • She had a distinctive gait, the way she walked. You know, Meg Ryan has that very distinctive walk? Well, this guy did, too, and she’s crossed over, right leg in front of her left when she walked. Very odd, very unusual.
  • But they knew height, weight, size, ba-ba-ba, with that walk, you know, they’ve known this forever, Jack. I mean, they planned it! This was an FBI thing!
  • embarrassed Trump to try to sabotage him with a contrived insurrection that was manufactured by the FBI, Jack. That’s where we were on January 6th.
  • Right. Well, you know, Trump was nowhere near this operation either, which he implied to his people he would be there. So, as usual, Trump let him down.
  • Well, it was at the ellipse, he gave a speech, he told them we can be peaceful in their protest. I think it was all on the up and up. American conservative had a piece almost right off the bat about how there was no incitement and there was no insurrection, and that should have been definitive.
  • But the Democrats got a lot of mileage. Hell, for all I know, they still got some of these people locked up, Jack. It’s been one of the grossest abuses in American judicial history.

  • That was fake. They had to fake it so they could… it was a deadly event. See, if you don’t have someone dead, you can’t call it a deadly event. So for hyperbolic purposes, this was pure propaganda. Total bullshit.

  • And then they bring up January 6th, they bring up Sandy Hook. I mean, all these things, endlessly, we have to hear about these lies that weren’t real.

  • It’s the fabricated ones they talk about the most, it’s unbelievable!

  • It’s because everything now is just a television-staged event. I mean, we’re watching something that they might find…

  • She strangled her 3 kids while her husband was away at work.

  • it gets weirder. She was found not guilty by reason of insanity. She had postpartum and was a cocktail of SSRIs and other drugs, and had visited a hospital a week earlier and wasn’t admitted. Very similar story, but…
  • The both incidents happened on the same exact date, 3 years apart.

  • They were nurses.
  • Both sets of kids were two boys and one girl, even had the same initials, Morley, Connor, Dara, and Carla.

  • something that I’m exploring now. I told you that I’ve investigated and done a lot of work on how to become a citizen of the United States and a state citizen, a non…
  • Yeah.
  • Citizen National, and I’ve gone through a lot of that and have done it.
  • Sovereign Citizen, is that what it is?
  • Well, you would… you could call yourself a sovereign citizen in, you know, if you’ve done all the correct work. Yes, that’s a name now that is a trigger event. If you say you’re a sovereign citizen, the police want to shoot you, as they’ve done many times.
  • But regardless, there is the situation that if you do do that, if you are able to become
  • outside of the 14th Amendment, outside of the corporate, fiction that is your name in all capital letters.
  • you can do things like own your own property and not have to pay property tax, which is the way it was in the United States prior to the 14th Amendment and the events after 1933.
  • So anyway, I’ll let you hear this a little bit, just so we can add this to the mix of things that people should think about. There’s more to this living in the United States that is especially possible for women
  • White citizens who have claimed their citizenship through being born in one of the states.
  • They are not a citizen of the United States, which is a corporation headquartered in the District of Columbia. Actually, theft? See, in the United States of America, the people are sovereign and are supposed to hold land in a lodium, which means absolute ownership. If you don’t believe me, keep watching as I bring the receipts.
  • First, the people are sovereign, and sit above their elected servants in government.
  • The people have merely forgotten this fact, so let’s take a look at Chisholm v. Georgia from 1793, which states, At the Revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people, and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects, and have none to govern but themselves. The citizens of America are equal as fellow citizens, and as joint tenants in the sovereignty. Or how about Glass vs. Betsy from 1794, which states.
  • Our government is founded upon compact.
  • Sovereignty was, and is, in the people. You see, sovereignty is synonymous with absolute ownership of property, which is exactly what a lodial means, and that is why the people necessarily had a lodial title.
  • Check this out. The New York Constitution from 1848 and the Arkansas Constitution from 1868
  • Both state that all lands within their states are declared to be elodial, and feudal tenures are prohibited. Being as every state entered into the Union on equal footing, this could not be in their constitutions if that were not already the case in every other state.
  • This is further proven by the report from the Commissioner of the General Land Office from 1870, which states, the individual title derived from the government involves the entire transfer of ownership of the soil. It is purely allodial.
  • And here’s the kicker, as the Louisiana Supreme Court held in Cage v. Danks from 1858, where the United States has parted with its title by a patent legally issued, the title so granted cannot be impaired by any subsequent survey which the government may make for its own purposes.
  • So that would include zoning and tax assessment. So you are probably wondering what happened and how we got here.
  • Well, first and foremost, we the people have forgotten who we are, the very reason we have freedom of speech and the right to bear arms.
  • See, the government is our child borrowing a portion of our sovereign authority, which we also retain to ourselves under the Ninth Amendment, and as Norm Olson of the Michigan militia so aptly said to Congress in 1995, In short, the federal government needs a good spanking to make it behave. But the mechanics of how our child, the government.
  • Took superior interest in our land, thereby stealing our sovereignty and putting us in a nursing home, is something most people do not know.
  • See, as time progressed and territories became states under the Union, part of the deal was that the federal government had sole authority to grant the land of that state out to the people.
  • So the wealthy oligarchs of those states pooled their wealth together in private companies, such as the Pontiac Company, and then bought vast plots of land in a lodium, which they then proceeded to turn into towns and cities, aka tax farms, such as the city of Pontiac, by registering with the state as a municipal extension of the government.
  • The problem for them is that they could never do such a thing in the first place, as feudal tenures are prohibited constitutionally, and, as they set up a Panopticon surveillance network against our will, it is time to remind them.
  • So anyway, that’s another important thing to keep in mind.
  • is that we actually have the right to own these properties, and once we throw off the fake government known as the United States and reclaim our state-born right to be a constitutional citizen.
  • Then you can tell the people in your county to go shove it when they send you a $500,000 to $5,000 property tax bill, and then actually sell your property
  • If you can’t pay that bill, which is just… Horrendous. It’s just awful.
  • Anyway…
  • Let’s get back to whatever else. If you have anything to say about that, I don’t want to rush you away from it, Jim.
  • Well, I have… I have so much to learn. You know so much more about this issue than I, Jack. It’s… there’s no comparison.
  • Yeah, and they made a couple errors in there, but they did… they did show you
  • the truth. I mean, it mentions in there, for example, that the right to a loyal property was not available to African slaves, and
  • Yo.
  • they weren’t citizens at all, but as they came out of slavery in the 13th Amendment, which the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments are just specifically for those people.
  • And those who became citizens through the 14th Amendment, they got the 14th Amendment to give them some sort of
  • citizenship, but they couldn’t actually become citizens of the United States because they didn’t meet the necessary criteria for their ethnic background. So, you know, that’s still the case, and you can call it racist or whatever you want, I don’t care, because
  • It is what it is. The Founding Fathers created a nation for European white people.
  • And that’s the rules that they had created, and those rules still exist. And, if you’re gonna change that, then you have a whole different situation. But right now, if you’re a white person, and you’re… you’re calling yourself a citizen of the United States and filling it out everywhere you go, and so forth, you’re…
  • Trading off your citizenship as a citizen of the state and as a sovereign, as you mentioned, for being the same position as someone who was originally a slave.
  • And then, got, a temporary kind of, or a short-changed version of citizenship.

  • And this is steel that was… you remember the width of the windows in the World Trade Center, folks? I think you, you know, if you were ever up there, they were quite narrow.
  • And in between was this heavy steel. I said, how could a plane, even a plane, even a 767 or a 747, or whatever it might have been, how could it possibly go through the steel? I happen to think that they had not only a plane, but they had bombs that exploded almost simultaneously, because I just can’t imagine
