TRANSCRIPT

  • Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to another exciting adventure with James Fetzer and myself, Jack Mullen, and all things reconsider.tv.
  • It’s our get together our weekly exchange of ideas, camaraderie explanations of how the world works, and just plain frustration with the whole damn thing.
  • Jim, welcome to the show. It’s nice to see you again. We’re both alive, and that’s always a good thing.
  • Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, maybe we’re going to survive a little longer with trump split from Netanyahu, which we’ll address. But I want to share with you
  • a major development in my court case, which initiated in 19, I mean 2,018, and it’s been dragging out all these years.
  • Right.
  • 4 different appeals before the Court of Appeals, which include the recuse, a judge in my case, Frank
  • Dee Remington.
  • who presided over what has to be the most corrupt proceeding in the history of the Wisconsin judiciary, and I’m sure they have quite a few. But we had all this mountain of proof he wouldn’t allow it introduced as evidence. He wouldn’t qualify me as me, even though I was being sued over 3 sentences in a book that I co-authored and co-edited in another, where I was a contributor.
  • that he excluded the reports of 2 forensic document experts who confirmed the claim over which I was being sued, to wit, that a death certificate for the purported decedent Noah was a fake.
  • they know, I agreed it was fake, but the variation attached to the complaint was fake, and 2 others one Daveri had obtained from the town, and one I obtained from the dig. All 4 were fake. There was no opposing expert, but the judges set it aside, and they weren’t helpful, meaning he’d been weighing the evidence which he’s not allowed to do. It had to go to a jury.
  • Well, here’s the deal, after all this long song and dance, and all these years, in my effort to reopen a case, the judge has retired early, Jack. His term was due up in one August 2030, and he retired, as of May 3, rd 2025, so you know.
  • May, June, July, August, September. I mean, that’s 4 or 5 months that’s like 4 and a half, or is it even 5 and a half years early? And it can only be because among the motions I had for the Court of Appeals to decide was to recuse him from the case equivalent of kicking him off the court, and I think he preferred to exercise prudence and retire more gracefully than be
  • publicly humiliated. I think that was a situation, Jack, and I’ve been static. Now Dave Gahari, who published the book. Nobody died at Sandy Hook for Moon Rock books.
  • I mean. He took it over.
  • And I. He now has created a media Ftj media.com. And if you go to Ftj media.com to Dave Gahara, you’ll find
  • we did an interview Sunday
  • about 45 min, but it’s about as clear and crystal clear as it could be. Yeah, that’s right about the whole case.
  • where Dave gives an excellent, excellent summary, and then I round it out with the latest developments.
  • Yeah, that’s a nice site, anyway.
  • We’ll we’ll take some, maybe get a couple clips out of this that we can play
  • next time. I know somebody that can cut clips out alright.
  • Super super bad.
  • I’m in the process of completing my final reply. Brief for the whole bloody case.
  • And I’m gonna submit it tomorrow.
  • Jack, it’s just astonishing, astonishing. I’ve been so dragged out. But I have so much evidence. It’s just so massive.
  • Wow, I gotta tell her, yeah, it’s amazing.
  • Yep, I know I mean, look at what you’ve done, what you accomplished. You just kept beating at it, laughing your way through it, smiling, being happy.
  • And and you’ve come to the end. And it looks like you could actually win this thing if that guy ran off.
  • Will they come after him, otherwise, I mean he still violated the law.
  • Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Oh, his corruption was massive, and he was in a criminal conspiracy with the posner attorneys, which I called out in my brief
  • motion to open sanctions, pursuant to extrinsic fraud and fraud upon the court, where I declare this was a conspiracy among them to deprive me of my constitutional rights under color of law. I mean, it’s a
  • Jack. I think this case is going to be studying in law schools for decades to come.
  • I hope so. I hope we have to come.
  • It’s an amazing case, because he did so many things that were so blatantly wrong. And yet the Court of Appeals and the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Let it go. And when I appealed to the Us. Supreme Court they declined my petition for a writ of certiori.
  • I mean, it’s just an astonishing case.
  • Yeah. So.
  • I mean, really it is.
  • Yeah, yeah, I think it turns out Sandy Hook, last man standing.
  • Yeah, that’s a great title. You could put that together as your wrap up book, you know, when you put it on.
  • And I learned so much about the law that I gotta tell you, man.
  • It’s mostly a fraud and a swindle. The corruption is from stem to stern. It’s astonishing.
  • you know. I’m I’m actually friends with my protagonist because a fellow who filed a suit under the name of Leonard Posner. His real name is Reuben Vabner.
  • and he’s in my Sandy Hook group. You know where I these 2 women who’ve been cast in the event. One is Emily Parker, the other is Victoria Soto, you know, a young, blonde eyed, blue-eyed girl supposedly killed, and the other teacher, heroically giving her life, saving her kids, trying to
  • right.
  • reached out because they they all love the book they’ve told me. Everyone in the community loves a book.
  • but they were pissed off because I was being beat up in court, and they didn’t like it.
  • So they’ve added, aided and embedded me. They sent me, for example, I already had the Fema manual for the event which was Appendix A. In the book
  • they sent me the Connecticut schedule trying to exercise L. 366, right on the schedule where they sound a map, how to get from Bridgeport down to drive, and of course we always had the FBI Consolidated Crime Report for 2012, which shows that the intersection of murders and non-negligent manslaughters for Newtown, which included Sandy Hook, the number 0 Zip Zilch, Nada.
  • and you know I mean, that ought to have been enough for the there to be a jury trial on the facts, because they were all disputed. But the judge just excluded all my evidence so he could claim. There were no disputed facts in a case where virtually every fact was disputed. It was just. The corruption is unreal, unreal.
  • But but you I mean you’re just part and parcel to the whole big picture here in terms of corruption. I mean this.
  • we’ve since last time you and I have talked. I see more corruption in the Trump Administration than I’ve ever heard of in the United States by anyone in any official level. Now, you know we don’t know everything like
  • you know the Hoover days, and and so forth, the corrupt FBI, etc. But
  • when you talk about Trump right now and his I mean, my God, but just in today alone, the things that he’s racking up for himself and his family.
  • They’re they’re they’re almost incalculable.
  • I mean a 7, 47. Jack.
  • Yeah.
  • They’re saying they got. Take the whole plane apart, then put it back together to make sure there’s nothing untoward there, you know. I mean it could be loaded with spy gear or explode through the help desk. Can you imagine how much it would cost to take it apart and reassemble it. My God.
  • this is a new one.
  • I mean to take it apart, reassemble, than to build a whole new one, absolutely just.
  • I mean, they could sell that one and buy a new one, you know it’s like, but but what I don’t understand is how you’re allowed to take a gift like that. As the president of the U.S.A. And.
  • The emoluance clause says, you’re not allowed to be enriched.
  • And it.
  • It’s so par for the course with our Congress, Jack. They all get rich. Nancy Pelosi start out close to a popper and winds up a millionaire.
  • And, by the way, she’s aged dramatically, apparently Trump has cut off adrenochrome
  • all over the country. So even George Clooney, he looks haggard. It’s bizarre. Take a look, and a lot of these Hollywood celebrities won’t even go out in public because they look so different. They’ve aged like 30 years overnight for the lack of adrenochrome.
  • Well.
  • yeah, I saw somebody. I’m just trying to remember who it was not long ago, and I couldn’t believe how old they looked.
  • Yeah.
  • Because they’ve been recently in things. And we’re still holding up, you know.
  • Chrome, yeah, well, that’s pretty unbelievable.
  • But you know, you got to have something good to go along with the with the, with the crap. But I mean a plane like that that’s got to be bribery, and
  • you really can’t. I mean.
  • What is it for 400 million dollar plan?
  • Yeah.
  • I’m like crazy.
  • Yeah. And so so Trump runs off with his family and Elon Musk
  • and a slew of other people from Black Rock and everywhere else, and they head to Saudi Arabia.
  • trump, saying that Saudi Arabia is planning to invest 600 billion in the United States. But when people look at it.
  • They weren’t able to come up with any more than 300 billion as the way it was written. Now I don’t. I didn’t have the all the data in front of me. I just read the the words.
  • I saw headed up to a trillion Jack, a trillion.
  • Yeah. Well, a trillion is what the headline number that I read from the 1st article. But it said 600 billion in it. And so that’s all bullshit. Then Elon Musk ends up with a with a contract from Saudi Arabia to go ahead and pick up Starlink for the country.
  • A hundred 42 billion dollar.
  • But that’s a pretty penny.
  • Yeah, yeah, I mean, we’re just talking about
  • fascism on the scale of Hugo Chavez or something. You know. I mean, this is just like pure roughshodding. I am the Dictator.
  • Hugo Chavez was clean as a hound’s tooth by comparison with these guys.
  • He was a piker.
  • Let’s go.
  • That’s why he’s dead. Anyway, there’s 142 billion dollars arms deal in there that we get to send Saudi Arabia, a supposed enemy of Israel.
  • You know, bombs, I think that it said. State of the Art war, fighting equipment, I mean, what’s the Middle East need but another bag of war fighting equipment, you know.
  • Absolutely.
  • And that would be something that the Congress would prevent. Right and say, We’re not sending any more war to the Middle East in any form.
  • And they’re all.
  • Payroll. So you’re not going to get a peep out of Congress.
  • Exactly well, but but Saudi Arabia is a Islamic country, and all all that little bubble head Netanyahu can talk about is how you know
  • Islam, especially Islam, that has been agitated. What do they call that
  • radical? Islam is the greatest danger to, you know his little postage stamp
  • place, and so why would you then say okay to Saudi Arabia, which is also now we all know that Saudi Arabia has been infiltrated by Jews years ago, and the Saad family is likely Jewish, and therefore it’s all a good deal as far as everybody’s concerned, the Middle East, because all the money from the Us. And power and war elements end up there.
  • But then we have this thing with these crypto companies that Trump’s family has put together since
  • since Trump 1st announced that cryptocurrencies were scams. And and then suddenly, he’s the crypto.
  • Apparently they’re not scams.
  • Yeah.
  • All scheme collapses with them, walking away with the real money.
  • That’s exactly what’s going on here. I mean, they’re creating a scam where it’s a sleight of hand where they can pump up these fictitional things like Bitcoin and their world life.
  • world, liberty coins until they’re skyrocketing into the stratosphere, and then they just dump them like they did with their own mean coins, I mean Trump and his wife, you know, made millions off of conning people into their mean coins, pumping it high, and then selling them off and walking away with the millions while everyone lost their their shirts.
  • But this particular thing has got Eric Trump and and other members of the New World Order’s children
  • involved with this company and that World Liberty Company that’s creating these. Well, they’re creating a stable coin, a stable coin just magically, while they were in Saudi. Arabia was picked up by
  • the
  • I’m gonna say their name properly. Yeah, the United Arab Emirates. They picked it up as their coin, like. In other words, they’re going to adopt it as their national crypto coin. And so it’ll be implemented there. Well, trump just made millions billions of dollars off that he he’s got a 75% interest after all costs and everything are taken out.
  • I mean.
  • You know, I mean, that’s who’s gonna notice.
  • I mean, Jim. I don’t think you’re you’re you’re making a little too light of this. I’d expect you to be going. I can’t believe it, and just jumping up and down and going. It’s impossible.
  • Remember, I’m floating on this judge retirement feeling I’m actually going to win this case the whole world. So you know, it’s going to be hard to depress me. But there’s so much going on internationally, Jack, including, you know, Hungary is mobilizing its tax tanks. They want to recapture this section of Ukraine that was given away. They want to get it back.
  • and they think the time is right. And because they’re a member of the European Union, the other members are going to shit in their pants. But this Viktor Orban is not missing a trick.
  • and you know Putin is about to launch in a resnik missile there into. I think this is the one with 36 warheads, you know. I mean, I love that damn great equipment. It’s fantastic
  • and the right, and the Chinese are going to make a thousand copies of their J-twenty as a wonderful super fighter aircraft. A 1,000 of those little beauties, I mean, I’m telling you the world is changing.
  • and guess what they’re they’re dropping the dollars. It’s going to become. The Chinese. Yuan is going to become the new currency for international transaction. Jack, we mucked ourselves massively by
  • effing around with Swift and all these sanctions and everything by turning economic sanctions into a tool of political warfare.
  • We did it to ourselves, Jack, because the country countries could see no longer could they count on reliable economic transactions. If you got on the political wrong side of the Us. You could be screwed so they’re abandoning. We did it to ourselves.
  • Well, don’t count me in there because I was screaming and yelling, and I think you probably were to the whole time.
  • Personally, my friend policies, the American Government wrecked it.
  • Right. The American Government run by the Jews in the world wrecked us. The financial system run by the Criminal Banking Cartel Empire, which is where all the power is, anyway, I mean, it all consolidates into a funnel, back, down into those people who run this scam currency we call the us dollar.
  • That’s 1 of the things I was going to bring up to you, though the Us. Dollar is in bad shape. We see the brics. Nations are buying gold as fast as they can buy it, which is real. It’s physical, it’s not vapor, and it’s not a scam.
  • One is backed by gold.
  • It will be.
  • We’re doing. We have haven’t a clue. We’ve been doing all these incredibly stupid things, and not even realizing we were compromising ourselves in the process.
  • Well, you see, we’re going to revalue imaginary gold with respect to the dollar, and then we’re going to take the difference. And then we’re going to buy Bitcoin, which is vapor. And then with that Bitcoin, we’re going to be the most powerful nation on earth, and in the meantime they’re going to. All the holders are going to use it to buy real estate, and eventually, they’ll.
  • you know, sell their the people that got the money for the real estate they got. The Bitcoin will begin to sell them, and Bitcoin will go to 0. I mean, it’ll be considered one of the greatest sleight of hand shifting of wealth from stupid people. I mean, it may go down in history right with where the Indians bought new or gave up New York city or the State there, or whatever, for $24. I think it was the Manhattan Island, you know.
  • Economic equivalent of the Titanic.
  • Yeah, I mean, it’s just something beyond belief and trump has no concern at all for the fact that the Us. Is fading away from its ability to have international control of the world, to be a superpower, to have a dominant currency.
  • probably even doesn’t care a rat’s ass if we can make a single product.
  • A big speech here in Rehad upon his arrival, where the reception was phenomenal, I mean they love trump.
  • But, including the speech, was an attack on the Neocons and the interventionists, I mean, I think that’s a good sign, and he’s splitting with Bibi, which appears to be real. He’s now gone ahead and had negotiated with Iran without consulting Israel. He’s settled with the Houthis without consulting with Israel. He’s even working with Zelensky without consulting Israel. I mean, I think this is a sea change, Jack. I think it’s really important
  • that he might actually, and I think it’s been under weathering criticism that he was just Bibi’s sock puppet, you know that he was just being manipulated right and left and trump with his massive ego didn’t like that. See? So it’s a case where his huge ego actually benefits the American people, because Bibi overplayed his hand
  • in this waltz. Guy, of course, was right in there when he and Bibi were plotting to attack Iran. Trump has declared he does not want to attack Iran emphatically
  • and right
  • Houthis. He’s even admired express admiration for their courage. After a thousand bombing runs on the Houthis, they decided to call it quips claim victory. We were only attacking American ships because the Americans were attacking us now that they’re not attacking us, we’re not attacking their ships, so Trump
  • commits a fallacy of equivocation by saying they’re not attacking any more ships, leaving out that it’s only us ships are not attacking because they’re still gonna attack ships headed for Israel, and they’re just.
  • Exactly. Israel.
  • Yeah, yeah, I mean, I love these guys, my kind of army. They are robust, they are resilient and they’re effective. I’m impressed Jack.
  • Well, you want to hear my side.
  • I think the whole thing with Netanyahu is staged, and I believe we’ll find that out in the end. I think it has to be for the reasons that you just said Trump was losing all kinds of face. I mean, it was horrible, and if you go on to X, you know it’s there every single day of the week, 24, 7, where they’re calling trump every name in the world, for, you know, supporting this genocide for which Bibi said today, wearing his stupid little helmet like he’s actually going in
  • that they were going in today to clean it up for good. They were going to kill them all.
  • so I believe that Trump had no other political choice but to divorce that little pipsquick. But I don’t believe for any one second that there was ever any intention of attacking Iran, because I believe, as I told you before, Iran’s a secret player.
  • and they are something we don’t fully understand yet they still may be a colony holdout for Jews. They were in the.
  • you know, the Middle Ages, and they could still be so today there’s no way that we really actually know, but I think that there was never any reason to attack them. I think they were the boogeyman. I believe this whole thing in the Middle East is designed to continuously scare us, just like the Pakistan India thing, and all that dancing around those idiots. Did you know this is fear mongering. And now we’re back into Europe again
  • with more of the same, I mean Germany tells. And what the Allies in Germany tell Russia they have a certain amount of time to get out and stop.
  • and Russia’s, on the other hand, saying, No, we’re going to make a big effort to get this taken care of. You’re not telling us what we’re going to do. I mean, this thing just never ends. It’s it’s just push, pull, and then we’ll go back to the Middle East, and then we’ll go back to Europe, and then we’ll go back to the Middle East.
  • And I really do. I really think that that’s something that is contrived. And I expect I mean, because I know what the revelation stuff says so. I’m going to go back to that as my guide. I’m going to say that the plan is is not to blow up the Middle East yet that comes later. The plan is for Israel to stay active in this situation, but actually lose control of the United States for a period of time.
  • And this is happening right now, and after that they’ll gain control back again. But in the long run they’re going to kill. There’s only going to be 15% of the Jewish population left of the total population according to the data that’s in revelation. So you know, they’re not too worried about seeing a lot of their people massacred as this works
  • its way through. So, anyway, I agree with you that he had no choice, he had to get out, but, on the other hand, I think it’s it’s purely staged, and down.
  • Very astute, agrees with you. He thinks it’s just an illusion. It’s just political theater, and I admit it could be. I’m just seeing, enjoying it so much that it’s such a positive development.
  • I’m going to.
  • Anti-semitism Bill pulled from committee because they couldn’t get it out and successfully vote on, and that was Draconian as it comes I don’t know, has Trump had a real revelation that he needs to get back to making America great again instead of Israel.
  • I hope that’s the case, Jack, but I got to admit I cannot be certain about any of this. It could just be more theater, I admit.
  • Now we’ve seen nothing but theater, our whole lives, and you tend to fall into the. I am the most eternal optimist there is in the universe, and I like that about you. On the other hand, I see nothing positive happening in this world at all, except that they’re destroying the United States currency.
  • We’re getting massive food poisoning. I don’t know if you’re familiar with that guy named. I can’t think of his 1st name. His last name’s Artis. He’s a doctor, Artis. He’s
  • anyway. He’s a person that has written a book about what he believes is going on with Covid, and I watched him last night on Stu Peters. Explain the whole platform, which I’d heard it before, and you may remember he talked about venom being in the water snake venom, anyway.
  • when he unravels this whole story about what they’re doing with these venoms from these creatures like the Gila monster is one of them. They’re using the venom, I think, from the Gila monster in that Olympia, whatever that drug is that all these fat people are taking and losing weight.
  • And he’s claiming that this is creating massive cancers, and that it’s actually damaging the eyes of these people with some people’s eyes beginning to rot very quickly. Some people seeing cancers like crazy within 6 months, and he says it’s because they’re loaded with venoms. And this venom from the Gila monster.
  • you know they have discovered in it by testing it, and they’ve discovered it in cosmetics in every kind of medicine. It’s it’s a primary constituent of the covid vaccine. And he’s claiming that you know there’s more places they’re going to put this stuff, and it is extremely deadly. So anyway, I’m just saying we see in a world where nothing’s getting better, and a bunch of ha! Ha! Stuff like, you know, trump straightening out the Middle East, and this goofball right here.
  • you know he’s on the outs, so he’s not on the outs, and and if if there were any reason whatsoever to come to his rescue, the United States would be there. The Christian Zionists haven’t gone away.
  • and they are people who push and support and will rally if trump makes a mistake with respect to Israel, in my opinion.
  • for the short term. So, anyway, what do you think of this picture? Isn’t that a nice picture of him that you want that on your wall?
  • Very nasty, very nasty.
  • And to add to that, you know, Bill Gates has air vax over Canada. They’re not spraying an aerosolized version of the Covid vax. It goes directly into your lungs, so you don’t have to take a vaccine, and of course there’s no opportunity for informed consent. You can’t deny
  • one of the monsters of our time whose head deserved to be on a pike. I mean, it’s just outrageous.
  • Why is he still alive?
  • And Klaus Schwab are all prime candidates for firing squads. In my opinion.
  • I mean. Why, why is he not in jail? Why is he still alive? I mean.
  • gates is just one of the most despicable. I can’t even hardly stand to look at him. I mean looking at him makes my heart race. He’s a pig. He’s a pile of feces.
  • I’ve got this clip here from Scott Ritter talking about Trump, basically. But he also brings Marco Rubio in. And Rubio, of course, is a Zionist traitor to the United States, you know, of the highest order, and
  • so I thought I’d I’d play that for so you could get a comment on it if you hadn’t already seen it.
  • Okay.
  • gotta share with sound. Blah blah blah!
  • Come on all of a sudden. It wants my password.
  • Funny.
  • Play it and see if you could hear it. Marco, can you hear that.
  • Yeah, Rubio is a bigger traitor to Donald Trump and Donald Trump’s policies than Mike Pompeo was. It is it is Marco Rubio that has sunk the Russia policy, and he’s sinking the Iran policy. He’s preventing trump from achieving
  • the policies. When I say Prevent trump, it’s because trump is ultimately at the end of the day a very weak and insecure man, who doesn’t have what it takes to stand up, look people in the eye and say you’re fired, and that’s what he needs to do to Marco Rubio right now. Fire him, terminate his existence. But he took 100 million dollars from Edelman’s widow, and you know.
  • Gosh! He surrounded himself with the wrong people. But, Donald Trump, this is why he’s failing right now because of Marco Rubio, and Marco Rubio is behind Mike waltz
  • being kicked out.
  • Does Donald Trump understand what’s at stake in the special military operation in Ukraine?
  • No, I don’t think, Donald, trump. I don’t think Donald Trump can spell Russia, let alone understand the complexities of Russia. He certainly doesn’t understand Ukraine because he is, although he’s a schizophrenic when it comes to Zelensky 1 min, he rightly calls him out as this irresponsible dictator. The next minute he speaks about him as if he’s the legitimate leader of a viable nation state. He doesn’t know how to deal with NATO or Europe.
  • He’s all over the place, and one of the reasons, because of the conflicting guidance he’s getting from his national security team, led by Marco Rubio, who is, you know, continues to sell. You know Europe as a viable ally. Europe is not our ally.
  • That’s there’s no doubt about it. Europe is not our ally. So, anyway.
  • Scott Ritter. Get rid of Margo Rubio, and bring in Colonel Mcgregor, or even Scott Ritter. Somebody knows what the hell they’re doing.
  • Larry Johnson might be another Colonel Wilkerson. There. There are about a half a dozen people who’d be quite good in that role, but Marco Rubio is not among them.
  • Right. I’m going to show you this little headline because I forgot to put it up. But it’s important for continuity. And then we’re going to go back to another.
  • Another interesting anti-semitism situation. But anyway, this I don’t know whether I finished talking about that or not. I get sidetracked. But this family crypto venture is tapped as part of a 2 billion dollars. Emirati backed investment deal. You know. You go to the Middle East as a representative of the United States, and all you do is wheel and deal for yourself. I mean, I just I just can’t get over it. I think it’s something that has never been done in the United States, and could.
  • Yeah, you can’t.
  • It could never have been done before. They would have put those people out on a rail. But anyway, Eric Trump has a crypto convention in Dubai this week, you know, while we’re over there, let’s just let’s make some money. So I wanted to get that one off my desktop. Now I want to show you this
  • video of
  • of Greg Abbott is that his 1st name, the Texas Governor, and this this clown. You know how many people are fooled into thinking that Texas is a place that is somehow supports freedom, the American way, the Constitution blah blah! It’s total bullshit, and and every day you see more evidence that
  • you can get easily put away quickly in Texas more easily than many other places for just just saying something online. And so here’s a
  • evidence of that.
  • Anti-semitic platforms like Gab
  • have no place in Texas, and certainly do not represent Texas values. What does represent Texas values is legislation like this by Representative King and Representative Colburn that fights anti-semitism in Texas.
  • Anti-semitic. Did he say Representative Cohen? If he did, that’s important.
  • Unbelievable. The guy’s an idiot.
  • Pure Jewish collaboration here.
  • I mean, this is this is just repugnant to the United States. And you saw that little city that tried to stop sending 4 million dollars to Israel that they had been signed up to send Israel every year for God knows how much. It’s saying we can’t afford to do that anymore, and Abbott telling them that if they do.
  • we’re coming after you. We’re going to withhold all State funds to your county and then bring him up on. Bring the county up on other charges that go to, you know. Play with the fact that you had to sign these agreements, not to boycott Israel. I mean unbelievable stuff for an American governor to be saying and doing in the United States is just.
  • It’s viscerally repugnant, as far as I’m concerned.
  • And then I found this little funny thing here that you might you might enjoy.
  • always lose track of where my share button is.
  • Oh, yeah, how are you gonna get the boo.
  • Wow!
  • I love her.
  • Oh, gosh!
  • What’s he getting a boot for? He’s not woke enough or.
  • Oh, oh, he was going to spend 20 million Blue States to promote more progressive candidates in States that Democrats already control.
  • It was a colossal waste of money, but it had to be do with his personal agenda.
  • It would seem to me that he could get it. Probably pick up a job in California under Newsom.
  • Oh, yeah.
  • Oh, my! Gosh!
  • An idiot around the world. But in California he’s regarded as a virtual. Einstein.
  • Yeah.
  • Einstein was a Jew who was a plagiarizer, and it’s funny that we don’t know all that either, and the Germans do it, and the Germans, the German physics organization. I don’t know what its name is now, but it was in German a long word like that.
  • They! They routinely laughed at Einstein as being an amazing plagiarizer and way off his rocker when it came to some of his, his thoughts, especially his theories.
  • Towards the end of his life and the special theory of relativity. But anyway, that’s another story. So when you’ve been.
  • You might have some differences of opinion about our inside. But, Jack, go for it, go for it, go for it.
  • Well, I’d be happy if you want to have an evening where we discuss it, and I bring out some evidence. I got plenty of evidence, and and his wife is one of the primary culprits. In explaining that he was, he stole her stuff and reproduced it as though it was his own, and that he was actually not very good at mathematics. He had a problem, and so she was quite good, and
  • and so.
  • Relativity of motion
  • is fundamental special theory of relativity, and it turns out Newton is only a special case of a more general theory for.
  • Right.
  • You know, processes that are relatively slow in relation to the speed of light and regions that are relatively local in terms of the universe. I mean.
  • I’m talking about the theories
  • which it seems to me are not subject to the faults that you’re attributing to Einstein, even if it were plagiarized, and all the more reason it would be plagiarized, if indeed it was because it was accurate and in advance. In physics. I think you’re going to have a hard time finding an historian of physics who would dispute that.
  • Would you like to hear my opinion on it? Einstein was tapped
  • by the Jewish community of the day, who was actively working on, you know, bombs and and preparing to attack Germany. He was tapped to fix the problem that Michelson and Morley came up with with the Michelson-morley experiment of 1887. I think it was where they were unable to show the earth having any motion, because the earth doesn’t move.
  • And so their experiment conclusively proved with respect to the experiment, the outcome was negative, no movement. Well.
  • the people behind this operation couldn’t have this. So for a period of time they went into turmoil. They needed a way out. So they tapped Einstein. Einstein came up with an invention, and I believe that invention is now still a theory, and it’s the same as the theory of gravity. They’re both invented ideas to overcome a problem. And that problem was that we don’t show any motion. So Einstein came up with the idea
  • of relative motion and the fact that light contracts length.
  • the length of objects are contracted when they’re relativistic near relativistic speeds.
  • and from that because they used light to do the measuring in this experiment, and they used a physical apparatus that did the measuring of of the
  • you know they were using something like a doppler effect, and I can’t remember that now. I had read this many years ago, but anyway, they were able to then say No, no, no, we figured out why your experiment failed, and they have called that Michelson-morley experiment a failure ever since. But it’s not a failure. It accurately shows that the earth cannot move. And there’s evidence.
  • Jack, I do debates on this shit.
  • Look, I don’t want to get an argument with you, but Earth is not flat. It is a sphere at 24 HA day. It’s rotating at 1,000 miles an hour at the equator. The Foucault pendulum is absolute proof of the rotation of the earth.
  • We know. Even Erasosthenes calculated the circumference of earth in a very close approximation by measuring the angles of light in wells at 2 different locations, and figured it was oh, somewhere, I think he had around 22,000, which is actually 24,000, the seasons, the day and night, the seasons, all accountable in terms of the
  • orbit of the earth around the sun. I’m such a fan of you.
  • not so much of other proponents of flat Earth theory. But I really I think it’s not a
  • what we want, where we want to go. That that’s just my opinion, my friend. I mean, you know.
  • Well, I know I won’t go there with you, but I will tell you that all those relativistic motions cannot support an ocean living on the earth on a spinning sphere with constant angular acceleration that’s fundamentally impossible. The atmosphere can’t.
  • Hammer. Remember, I will remember I earned a Phd. In the history and the philosophy of science.
  • Yeah.
  • Science is dominated by the history of physics and astronomy. And we’re talking about the results of
  • thousands of years of research. To establish earth is a orbit like the other planets
  • circling with a moon circling the earth and the earth circling the sun. And it’s all highly predictable. And Newton calculated using the law of gravity which Galileo had already established for falling bodies, and all that. I’m telling Ya.
  • when you put together the work of
  • Galileo and Tycho Brahi and Johannes Kapler and Isaac Newton.
  • It’s impossible that the earth is not a physical object spinning in space, but because the relationship of gravity you do not notice if you’re on a train. Here’s a simple illustration. If you’re on a train, you may feel as though you’re not at motion, because nothing inside, the train is moving
  • and the world is flying by outside. If you’re outside, of course you see the train traveling by. What this reflects is that observation of motion are relative to what are known as frames of reference. That is what is fundamental to the special theory of relativity. Frames of reference. Newton’s theory implied that every event in the universe is either simultaneous with, or earlier than, or later than, every other event.
  • absolutely but
  • relatively, shows that actually depending on your frame of reference. Their relative occurrence can vary in terms of their
  • you know the way in which they take place. So I mean, it’s frames of reference absolutely fundamental. But I I think we’re
  • this isn’t really primary to. I did a debate with this guy, Nemos. What’s his 1st name? You can find it online. I’ll send you a link, Jack, if you want to take it out to our group
  • where I was arguing about this. But I do think, if you understand that principles of the pendulum, the Foucault pendulum is decisive evidence about the rotation of earth.
  • and you know I would prefer to just
  • leave it at that. If you’re amenable.
  • Oh, I’m a man, and I know that it is a deep subject to go off into, and I certainly have counters to all of those arguments you just made. That’s the way this world is set up to be. But we are living in the great Apocalypse. So you know, it’s a time when we got to figure out what’s right and what’s wrong.
  • And uniformitarianism is sort of a way in which science has compartmentalized everything into a way in which people can get certain types of advancements in this world by recreating and resaying the same things they’re told to say.
  • But it’s like, reminds me of the medical sciences right now. You got Dr. Lee Merritt, who said the other day that she was spent 40 years of her life believing that the medicine she was taught by her teachers was actually the truth, and that she need not verify every single bit of it to find out if they were lying, and in fact, she said that she forced people to take drugs over the years she was talking about nerve damaged people that have Parkinson’s and Als and others
  • that actually did nothing for them, but actually in the long run make them die. But she said, then she comes to find out that no one bothered to tell her that if you look at the cells of those nerve damaged people, you’ll find parasites existing in the cells, and once that was observed. Then they were able to stop things like Parkinson’s disease, with something as simple as Ivermectin.
  • So you know, all these were wrong every day of their life, but they had fantastic arguments to back it up. And that’s my opinion. Now we’ll leave that alone, because, you know, we’re we have so many things that are mutually of interest here, that
  • Yeah.
  • You know that we should be considering as well.
  • Yes, I’m looking.
  • Go ahead!
  • Like a debate I went with.
  • Oh, here I think it is. Yes, I’m good, interesting.
  • I didn’t know that Victor Hugo had hosted the debate I had with this.
  • That’s the name of I’m gonna put in the
  • I’m gonna put in the chat, Jack, a link. So you you can go ahead and send it out already.
  • I wanted to talk to you about Victor Hugo, too, again. I
  • I’m going to give you a little bit of comic relief here, though.
  • How about that.
  • Yeah.
  • We’re supposed to believe. That’s the guy right?
  • It, but.
  • And that’s the shooter at Sandy Hook.
  • You’re recording.
  • Yeah.
  • Anyway.
  • Victor Hugo seems to be mentally ill enough that he makes a video about you about almost every day, and I found it.
  • Sometimes more than one. Yeah.
  • What’s wrong with this person, and what can be done to make it go away? He’s on bitchute with a new video almost every day.
  • When I’ve submitted
  • formal complaints a bit, you didn’t rumble. I’m going to send you those, too. You can share them with our members.
  • so they’ll understand how bad this has become.
  • But it appears Jack appears he was hired by Sandy Hook. Promise to be a hitman on me because they’re worried about my case being reversed. Right? I mean, you got the judge stepping down. My case may be reversed and they’re scared shitless. I’m going to blow the cover on the Sandy Hook hoax, because Sandy Hook promise is still raking in a million bucks a month, Jack, based upon a fraud. So they’ve hired him as a hitman
  • to go after me. I mean, it’s pretty grotesque, all things considered.
  • Right?
  • Well, I mean, it’s just. It’s it’s just so mean, spirited, and wrong, and.
  • Oh, yeah.
  • And I can’t stand to see it. It makes me, you know, want to go after this guy and.
  • Yeah.
  • And to write things about him, you know, and the thing is, I don’t know whether that would make it worse or not, so I haven’t done it, but regardless that’s what I like to do.
  • Is go after him.
  • Anyway, I’m gonna put this up here.
  • Here’s here’s the one I submitted to bitch you. Let me find the one I submitted to rumble
  • this. This will give everyone a sense of what the hell’s going on here.
  • This is so bizarre and I’ll tell you. I think
  • I think bitching at least is in on it.
  • It’s it’s a slightly complicated case.
  • Here we go. Here we go.
  • Okay, Jack.
  • share those. Share those with our audience. But let me put. Let me put it this way.
  • I’m undertaking legal legal actions.
  • and if anyone out here wants to lend a hand, visit my gifts and go.com slash funding fetzer.
  • I need to raise money to support the research and legal efforts entailed in shutting this down.
  • And I’m going after bitchute and rumble just as I am, much as I’m going after Victor Hugo.
  • And believe me, this is in the works. But I I’ve expended what resources I have on all my legal cases for all these years. So I out there is up for
  • lending a hand, I mean.
  • in the end a couple of grand will make a real difference here, so I just I appreciate your bringing it up.
  • Have them. Look at these Pdfs in formal complaints. I’ve submitted. Actually, I’m thinking one. I may have expanded one of them. Let me check and see if I’ve got that, too, to add to the mix.
  • But give me your thoughts, I mean, how does it appear to you what the hell is going on.
  • I I can’t imagine what’s going on. I mean, I can’t see how you would waste that much of your life’s time
  • on some sort of vendetta that appears to be mentally ill, I mean, I saw he put up one a few days ago on Bitchute that
  • had. It was only about a minute and a half long, and he had some clip of you somewhere speaking. I couldn’t even hear you speaking, and and the title didn’t make any sense to me about. You know, he was saying, basically, that you were lying in this speech which you couldn’t even hear.
  • And so, you know, so I don’t know. I mean, I could find. Try to find that video. But it’s just amazing to me that
  • that this man would spend part of his life messing with you like this without somebody paying him to do it, I mean, and let I mean.
  • He is being paid.
  • That’s what it seems like.
  • We’ve got highly reliable sources. Told me what’s going on here.
  • and it’s and he promises paying him to go after me. So when my case is reversed. Nobody’s gonna take me seriously, but it looks as though it’s backfiring. He has made
  • maybe 400 of these videos. Jack, count them.
  • Anyone wants to see how absurd it is. Go to Bitchute and put in Victor Hyphen, Hugo, comma Jim Fetzer, and you will be staggered by page after page after page after page.
  • I mean, you’re just gonna be astonished.
  • Yeah, I know and that’s what I.
  • That’s garbage. It’s all manufactured. It’s fake. He’s making up cases. Get this. His basic attack on me was that I had thrown my Sandy Hook case.
  • which is ironic given. I’m on the verge of potentially winning it when I’m still in court, and he’s citing some pipsqueak attorney in Ohio who doesn’t know his a-hole from his elbow. Guy, who calls himself Arwyn Young, who appears to be a tranny.
  • That’s only incidental. The point is, he’s never read my book. He’s never read any of my briefs. He’s never watched. He doesn’t know shit about my case, and yet, independent of evidence, he can conclude. I threw it. And one of his arguments, Jack, is this absurd that I didn’t have writer’s insurance.
  • What the hell do I need writer’s insurance for? And how would writer’s insurance have had to do with a lawsuit other than paying it off if I lost? But I did nothing wrong.
  • Wow, yeah, this is good. Yeah.
  • I mean, this is just something out of a mentally ill person. So you’re what he said. You’re saying he doesn’t. He hasn’t read your book, whatever it doesn’t care about that. He only cares about attacking you for some reason, without evidence.
  • I’m talking about this Arwyn Young, who’s this attorney that he cites?
  • And, by the way, the 86 appears to be? That’s his father, not him.
  • So.
  • Alright!
  • Things are being run together there.
  • I do think I may have. I may have
  • made remarks about his father, but he I’d say he’s about 55, actually
  • Victor Hugo and his father. Yeah, maybe 86.
  • I think Victor is Jewish. I think he he strikes me as a Brooklyn Jew, Jack.
  • he strikes me as a Brooklyn Jew.
  • Well, he behaves like a Brooklyn Jew, I mean didn’t have quite the nose. But anyway, that’s the way Jews behave, and they’ll attack you like this, and they’ll do so for no apparent reason. But there’s some other sub.
  • Some reason that you know is not obvious to everyone. But this Guy’s a nut, and I, as I warned you before, I would stay away from as far as possible. But you, if he’s not going to stop doing this. It really hurts your reputation for people to see that. And then the comments that were under this he gets people to make comments that.
  • Got a dozen. He’s got a dozen sock poppets. Those are Victor Hugo commenting on his own videos, Jack using different aliases.
  • Right? So I mean.
  • All of them, except for a woman. I think she calls herself Jane, who appears to be his handler, and one of us heard her actually whispering off stage as to what he should say.
  • And if you want to include the great debate where I got him to admit that he he dropped out of an ambulance after his freshman year, that he was never commissioned as an ensign, that he never served on active duty because he has a couple of donation sites on romball.
  • No, on on! Give, send! Go where he claims to be a veteran. He’s not a veteran.
  • so I called him out and proved it during the debate. Let me give you the link to that, too, because that’s pretty. That’s pretty worth watching. I’m
  • I’m there for an hour.
  • I heard him talking about being having been in the military, and.
  • He was not.
  • I mean, that’s the 1st thing he does when he introduces himself. Talk about his military days, even though he didn’t get to see.
  • I think he said he didn’t see any active conflict, but he was, you know.
  • No, Judy.
  • He was at camp something. And it’s incredible.
  • Here is Jack. I’m gonna put it up. I’m gonna put it in here.
  • Chat again.
  • Yeah. So everyone can get a get a sense of all this, and actually, if they go.
  • if they go to my givesandgo.com slash funding pets are
  • I give you a summary of the whole thing, and I give links where you can go and see all the evidence I’m talking about.
  • Sounds good. I’ll get those in there.
  • and I’m I’m going to talk to you about this silly story, because it bothered me for a couple of days 9 arrested after groups celebrating Hitler’s birthday party at a pub in England.
  • And I I think.
  • For celebrating Hillary’s birthday, who gives a damn.
  • Exactly so this is. This represents one of the most mentally ill cultures of white people I’ve ever heard of. I mean, it’s every day I got to say, this is more than I’ve ever heard of, but these people have lost their their minds. What they’re letting these, you know, oppressive governments do to them. But anyway, and and what the Orwellian type of languages in here is
  • is really disgusting. They’ve been arrested as part of an investigation. A group allegedly celebrated Hitler’s birthday, with Nazi Memorabilia at an old pub in.
  • Terrorist.
  • Yeah, but.
  • Shouldn’t even give a damn.
  • In the United States of yesterday, and when you and I grew up no one would give a damn at all. They just laugh at you and move on. But they were arrested on suspicion of Section 18. Public Order Act offenses which include displaying written material that’s threatening, abusive, insulting, intended to stir up racial hatred according to greater Manchester police.
  • None of that was happening there.
  • It’s just a morons. The pub was alleged celebration where the where the celebration took place was in Manchester. After extensive inquiries. Now these guys go out of their way to work this case. They’re wasting somebody’s money. Officers attended addresses in Rockdale, Bolton, Trafford, Stockport, Southport, and recovered imitation firearms. Oh, I got no, and weapons, including swords.
  • Fire on toy guns. Yeah. Toy guns.
  • Wow! How offensive can you get?
  • It’s sickening weapons, including swords and a crossbow and Nazi memorabilia and materials.
  • Almost every damn World War 2 veteran brought back Nazi memorabilia, I mean. It was something that was very much prized at the time.
  • Police said they have been in contact with counterterrorism policing Northwest, which has offered advice on some of the material they seized.
  • Explosive ordnance disposal was deployed. Now this is where they even go into the bazaar. They found a
  • they found a fake hand grenade. The item has been declared safe, and there’s no risk to wider public audience. Scenes remain in place while officers continue to search the addresses. Assistant chief Constable
  • Dumbass said. It’s important that all avenues are explored to establish the extent of the criminal offenses which have been committed, and whilst our investigation is still in early stages, we do not believe there’d be a risk to the wider public. Oh, I’m so relieved, you know I’ve got. I’ve got relatives from generations ago that lived there, and I’m a little worried.
  • I can hardly sleep.
  • It’s a stupidity.
  • The group has a deep fascination with the ideas that we know are unsettling for communities across greater Manchester. We must take action which concerns when concerns are raised, and where weapons are suspected to ensure, people are free to live without fear of intimidation or harm.
  • free to live where, in a jail. Public safety is at the forefront of our investigation, and as always, we ask that you remain vigilant, and if you have any information or concerns that there’s the key word. A lot of women have concerns then contact us.
  • anyway. And here they they tell you that they they found a a toy hand grenade, you know, and they send the bomb team in.
  • Saying, Yeah, this is further apparition.
  • I mean, cultural.
  • Decay.
  • Bizarre is this.
  • Only Jewish rules could be set up to.
  • Right. That’s right. That’s right.
  • To hamstring whites to the point where they can’t even.
  • you know it’s it happened with that guy, Fort Fontenoy, whatever his last name is that owned that club in Philadelphia where they just. And you know, someone wrote fuck Jews up there like, okay, I mean, you could say, fuck anything else in this country, and it doesn’t make a shit. It’s called bar Talk.
  • Right.
  • But the Jews have to make it into something that goes worldwide, and they’re going to send everybody to Auschwitch, and
  • you know, have them take a walk through there where Elon went.
  • So I mean, it’s just sickening it. It.
  • It is.
  • I don’t know what else to say about it. I’m disgusted with the people on this planet.
  • We’ve covered a lot of bases, my friend.
  • Yeah, I know. And I’m gonna let you go. I just brought that video up so I could have it up in front of me. Yeah, so we’re going to quit for now, and we had a nice talk, and I like it, and I’ll let you go. I know you’ve fallen asleep once or twice in these events, and I just want to let you know you’re in good company. Trump fell asleep right in the event.
  • Yeah.
  • And I love it.
  • Great party.
  • Yeah, so.
  • Rather active, and you know.
  • Yeah. Go ahead.
  • Faculties about us. Blah blah blah.
  • It’s hard to stay awake, I mean literally, I mean, at your age and my age even.
  • It gets harder and harder at the end of a long day, you know, if I watch TV, I’m gone before I even get the show started.
  • One of the reasons doing all these radio shows. You know I’m doing
  • God, I don’t know. 24 HA week, minimally
  • right, keeps me engaged, you know, mentally sharp. I’ve got to go through all these stories. Process. Present them, talk about him the whole bit.
  • Yep, everybody’s not for you.
  • Each other on politics. So now
  • you know, I have been getting more critical of trump. But if this split with net Yahoo is for real, and I grant you it’s open. If it is for real that’s going to be a giant step in the right direction.
  • Oh, absolutely! If you could put a lid on that clown and his activities in this country, you know, because that has to be addressed. Next, we have to get rid of Apac and all this garbage that’s inside these dual citizens, controlling everything has to go.
  • Well, let me just close by saying anyone wants to help out. If you want to learn about this, Victor Hugo bizarre phenomenon.
  • just check out givesngo.com slash fundingfetzer. You’ll find it all there in the 1st paragraph links
  • whole bit. You’ll get the idea. And then I sent Jack additional my formal complaints to Bitchute and to rumble, and
  • the great debate which I think is also linked on the gifts and go. But, Jack, thank you, thank you, one and all. I appreciate everyone out there supporting this effort, and especially you, my friend. You have been wonderful, constantly
  • made a real difference to me, Jack.
  • Well, you you do to me, too, and I like arguing with you, and we have. We have a little fun doing it. So what the hell! Alright! Well, you take care of yourself, and we’ll look forward to talking to you same time. Same place. Set your alarm
  • for next week.
  • You got it, Jack?
  • Alright bye, Jim.
  • Bye, now.
