Compared with subjective convictions or event outcomes, objective standards of evidential strength afford a measure of degrees of deviation from rationality or of abuses of process, in this case, voting procedures. And my Petition for a Rehearing before the Supreme Court poses one more opportunity to assess its responsible disposition of a case of major constitutional importance.
