“I do believe that we are facing one of those moments [of “terminal danger”] where Israel is hurtling toward the precipice and is determined one way or the other to drag humanity with it.”

Review of Israeli strike on Iran and the absence of a response by Iran (which may have been by intervention of the US). I reviewed several stories and then turned to the Trump trial, where John (who is former Secret Service) and I agreed that the idea of imprisoning Donald Trump is fraught with problems, not least that he would continue to require Secret Service protection (lest one of the other inmates take him out).
