I’m so sorry to hear that your heart condition required a double bypass. Please check out heart transplant surgeon Stephen Gundry’s work establishing the ability of the human body to reverse atherosclerosis by the use of diet changes and supplementation. His book The Plant Paradox diet outlines this plan. He has produced documentation that following his plan (which eliminates many foods that are promoted by the government and the corporations it represents as healthy” will reduce recurrent cardiovascular events from 33% to 1%.
