The pneumonia-induced heart attack I have endured disabled me from reporting on my return to the WI Court of Appeals (District IV), where my Reply Brief makes it clear that this case had no merit from its inception and that the Court of Appeals now has a second chance to set things right on behalf of the integrity of the Wisconsin State judiciary.
I am very glad that you are OK. You wife is there for you, right? Good. Also, I cannot believe that someone (you) has the “balls” to be pushing Sandy Hook in court. I think you are right about what happened. But, they (the hidden hand) cannot permit you to be able to prevail. If you could present your evidence, it would threaten their fragile tower of deception way too much. I know that you know how many people they murder. They won’t do it to you, but probably not more than one in a million people have the guts and are qualified to do what you are doing. I say that literally – 330 million people in the United States, one in a million is 330 people. I do not think there are more than that. It’s good, it’s great, for sure you are and should be admired. And I do. 😊
Jim, Glad to see and hear you are doing better. The sandy hoax still continues. Any idea when you will be re-posting the video that needed to be taken down a few weeks ago? I have been itching to see it.

I have a continuing interest in your case, as I have previously indicated. This was thus an interesting episode, thanks. My impression is that you’re totally right, but that being right doesn’t necessarily matter anymore. Perhaps other factors involving corruption and/or blackmail are more influential than the law itself in the determination of legal matters these days. I don’t know, but I wish you the best of luck in any event and hope for good news on this soon.
