I don’t think that was Hobbs in the Tabulator room. Was watching it live. I did a double take but my wife pointed out No look that person is way too skinny. So come on dude in the first video you showed. You don’t have proof of that which you repeat more than once.
Furthermore, this guy speaks in such generalities. It is all telling you what you want to hear.

Why is he promoting the “BAR” in his background or is he at his Bar at home and they need a big sign so everyone in the house know where the liquor is? Lol
Bruce, Thanks for this. Sounds like a good catch. Sorry about that. Do my best to get things right. Hobbs, whether or not she was in the counting room, had no business running an election in which she was a candidate. But thanks for the correction.
