  • Hey, everyone, and welcome again to another edition of AllThingsReconsidered.tv. Myself, Jack Mullen, and Dr. James Fetzer.
  • We’ve been busy this week, and I did have some material sent out to you, but Dr. Fetzer was out of town.
  • and he’s got quite a story to tell. We have lots of good things to speak about tonight, Jim. There’s so much going on updated news on the Ndaa and the Section 219. We’ll get to that. We got to talk about Mitch Mcconnell and Lindsey Graham, and oh, so many other things going on.
  • In the meantime, welcome to the show, and alright, so tell us where you were this week and how it went.
  • Well, I flew out to Las Vegas Tuesday, Jet, which is why I missed the show with you.
  • And was there until Saturday.
  • And I was, in part, it was to be at Freedom Fest, which is this libertarian conference held at Caesar’s Forum. It’s a huge layout.
  • The temperature was unreal.
  • It was like 107, 108, 109, me got to 110. Staying at the Flamingo.
  • with Casey Whalen, who’s a videographer. Now, he was doing work for Sam Bushman and Zach, recording, like, 40 or more interviews, and the very first he did was with me. And from our room on the 24th floor of the Flamingo, you could see the giant
  • Ferris wheel and right behind it there’s this fear that 24/7 is showing images rotating.
  • mood, but all kinds of spectacular stuff. I mean, it was a very clear view right from our room on the 24th floor.
  • So, we had a number of really, good meals together. There was a rib place there. There’s a thing called the Link, L-I-N-Q, roughly between the Flamingo and where Caesar’s Forum was held, and the…
  • The Ferris wheel and all that.
  • One being a rib place where we had a wonderful, wonderful meal. But the whole thing really was super. They introduced me to Sheriff Mack right off the bat. I mean, you know.
  • I hadn’t been there 30 minutes when I’d already met Sheriff Mack. And then shortly thereafter, Sam and I did the interview. It’s about 27 minutes.
  • Probably one of the best short interviews I’ve ever done, Jack. I mean, he said to me before, you want to keep my answers concise because you want to cover a lot of territory, and I was glad to comply. He’s got 30 years of experience as a radio host.
  • Yeah, remarkably, Jack, the man is blind. He’s blind.
  • But he’s done all this really, really wonderful stuff and he had enough conversation with me to size me up already. I mean the guy’s very perceptive.
  • And we just had a Cracker Jack interview. I’m real tickled about it. And then Casey.
  • Of course, as you know, I was working on a documentary about yours truly, and we got 3 hours of interviews in the can.
  • And I think interspersed with, you know, some episodes of my past, I think it’s going to be very successful. Casey, too, impressed me that he seemed to understand what I was all about. If you went to GiveSendGo.com,

  • Excellent. So that event out there was a $600 a plate deal.
  • And, and you were involved with it. Did you get a chance to see any of the shows?
  • Well, I sat in on one about economics, you know, and about how to plan for the future and all that. There were any number of those fora. There were hundreds of tables set up in this gigantic spread. I mean, hundreds.
  • Most of the time I just spent,
  • hanging around Casey and Sam and doing their thing and going back and forth to the hotel. Little personal stuff. I picked up some presents for my grandkids, for example, but it was just thoroughly enjoyable, Jack, thoroughly enjoyable.
  • There’s quite a, quite a collection of people there. It looks to me like maybe 50 or 70 some speakers. I mean, there’s quite a few of them there.
  • Yeah, yeah, it was stunning, stunning.
  • Hmm.
  • I didn’t sit for any $600 plate meals, I guarantee you, but.
  • Well, that’s what the tickets cost to be, part of the fre.
  • Well, they comped me in. They comped me in because I was, you know, sort of.
  • Special guest, whatever.
  • Yeah, well, that’s pretty nice. So you spoke to Sheriff Mack. What’d you talk about?
  • Only briefly about his coming. He’s up for coming on my show. You know, Sam had wanted to introduce me. I had no idea, or I should have known. I guess you must have mentioned to me that you knew Mac, but I didn’t think of putting two and two together. But he’s.

  • But he’s up for coming on my show on The Raw Deal where I feature guests a second hour.
  • Yeah, that’s great. Yeah, I liked him. He’s much younger than I thought.
  • Obviously, in great health. I mean, he’s about, I don’t know, maybe 6’2″, but very, very athletic, and
  • I got a favorable impression. Sam and I were talking about what kind of admin. See, I was promoting the idea of a Massey-Marjorie ticket for the Libertarians, because they’re qualified in all 50 states.
  • It’s almost impossible to put together a new political party, but you got one in place. If they only pick up and run with Massey and Marjorie, I think they could actually win this thing, because everyone’s just disillusioned with the Democrats on the one hand, the Republicans on the other.
  • They want a party that really will represent America first with a little truth and justice thrown in, and I think they would represent that ticket.
  • And we were kicking around ideas. You could have Colonel McGregor as Secretary of Defense. You could have Judge Napolitano, Attorney General, Sheriff Mayak, FBI, stuff like that. I mean, you could really have an unbelievably good
  • Administration, if they follow up now, Mark Susskind.
  • Who’s a bigwig in the Libertarian Party.
  • And I had contact in advance, because I was volunteering to back up speakers. See, I figured if…
  • if they lost any, you got a huge sprawling thing that I could volunteer to be a backup on JFK or 9-11, but, you know, when I look more closely.
  • An awful lot of those time slots were really kind of tiny, you know, 15. I’m just still taking a deep breath, my first deep breath after 15 minutes, you know.
  • Yeah. I didn’t.
  • I did prepare a little mini on JFK and how.
  • They had faked the body at the autopsy at Bethesda. That’s not the body of JFK. How Lee was in the doorway of the book depository when the motorcade passed by. How the backyard photographs had a body double.
  • My name turns out to be Roscoe White, who was CIA, got a position as a Dallas cop just before the assassination, who may have killed as many as 50 witnesses. So, you know, I had an interesting little 15-minute thing that I just put together for the occasion, but…
  • I wasn’t called upon to fill in, and it probably would have been a little out of tune with most of what they were doing. Anyhow, I wanted to, and I did write him and tell him how emphatic I was. I thought the libertarians had an opportunity here to do something historic.
  • if they run with Massey and Marjorie. We also kicked around about Tucker, because Tucker’s so enormously popular. That was actually Sam’s initial. He was thinking Massey and Tucker. And I was explaining, Tucker’s a little wet behind the ears. He still believes in Butler. For all I know, he thinks Sandy Hook was real.
  • Marjorie, and he doesn’t know how to deal with the bureaucrats and the corruption of government, which Marjorie and Massey know it inside out, see? So you can’t pull the wool over their eyes. But, you know, Tucker might have a place in the admin director, communication press secretary, who knows?
  • Others think Tucker is so good as a valuable independent voice, you don’t actually want him inside the administrator, you want him out there doing his thing, critiquing what’s going on, and that’s probably right.
  • Agreed.
  • No doubt that Massey and
  • Marjorie would be a much stronger team, although I do have a video from Tucker here, he’s coming around, but I don’t know why, you know, and I don’t know how we could save this government no matter what, since it’s a, you know, it’s a corporate entity.
  • And, so as soon as Massey and Marjorie got in the office, they would have to be explained the ground rules.
  • It’s just a really, really bad time in American history. But it was interesting that you got a chance to speak to Sam and Sheriff Mack. I manage their websites and I do a webinar with Sheriff Mack every week.

  • Can you imagine the electricity bill for just air conditioning out there? My God, it’s incredible.
  • Right, you’re right. It’s true, it’s true. But I had a great time and made some new friends and just enjoyed being there and getting these things done and, you know, being a part of it.
  • But I was real tickled with the interview, especially, which I’ve already shown on several shows, and of course shared with you, my friend.

  • considerably different than Sheriff Mack when it comes to talking about Trump, etc. You know, he’s not a Trump supporter by any means, and I think you did a nice job of pushing forward those points. You know, you started out talking about how you voted for Trump, and then became disillusioned, and then ultimately betrayed.
  • Yes, yes, yes, 100%.
  • Yeah, so I think that’s where we all are right now. We’re in a state of, well, a lot of people are in a state of denial, but the rest of us realize that, whoever voted for Trump got betrayed. So, all right, well, let’s talk about some of the other goodies that, have come up over the last couple of days.
  • Yeah, because I’ve been playing catch up, you know, with shows yesterday and not today. I mean, now I’m so.

  • So, I just saw this one, it doesn’t have the time released here, but when I picked it up, it said,

  • today. It said one hour earlier. The U.S. Senate has rejected advancing the NDAA.

  • Yeah, but this is just a temporary stop.

  • Because that has that Section 219 that gives Israel access. You know, I think it was Ron Paul, actually, who observed, instead of getting $2 billion a year from the U.S, they’re going to have access to $1.5 trillion. $1.5 trillion! Yep. What a… what a calamity!
  • Well, this guy actually thinks that the GOP should be nuking the filibuster so the Save America Act and everything we want can be rammed through with a simple majority of this. This is like ridiculous, but.
  • the the point being, though, that it did get rejected so far. I’ve got some other supporting information here.

  • But the problem is that they want to attach that save bill.

  • So, this particular person
  • It’s talking about 219. The Secretary of Defense shall designate an executive agent. We’ve seen this stuff before responsible for synchronizing cooperative efforts between the Us. Israel, expand, accelerate bilateral defense, technology, research, development, testing, evaluation, integration, and industrial cooperation.
  • This is, like this person says, this is really, you know, not a shared partnership of any kind, it’s a merger.
  • Of the 2 militaries together and
  • Kuchenic, is that how you say his last name?
  • Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
  • He had a… he has a really nice,
  • piece here about what this really means.
  • Yes.
  • We want to talk about it right now because there’s still a couple more hours before this thing, you know, it gets passed by the Senate.
  • And,
  • Yeah. So anyway, Congressman Dennis Kuczynik, the U.S.-Israeli Defense Tech Initiative, you could almost say this is a takeover.
  • And according to Benjamin Netanyahu, he made the comment that, you know, this was his bill. The way it is written, it puts the Department of Defense in the driver’s seat over the federal departments, including state, and it runs through the whole government. And so here’s a… let’s just listen to what he has to say about this for a couple minutes.
  • Sure.
  • No, the Prime Minister of Israel has taken credit.
  • for the legislation that was put into the National Defense Authorization Act of 2027. He basically said, yeah, this is what I want. Well, he wants it because he don’t have the ability to direct the U.S. military. I mean, it’s mind-boggling when you think about it.
  • And this particular proposal, by the way, the way it’s structured… and, you know, when I first heard about it, I said, I have to read the legislation, because let me tell you, folks who are watching.
  • you have to read the legislation in order to understand its workings. And the way this is written, it puts the Department of Defense in the driver’s seat over other federal departments, including state.
  • And then this policy has, it runs through the whole government.
  • I mean, this really… you could almost say this is a takeover, and, you know, for some it’ll sound hysterical, but the truth is that it is laying the groundwork
  • for an entanglement that has never happened in the history of the United States. This is totally unprecedented.
  • Benjamin? So, you know, it comes back to the question of
  • of, you know, how does this even fit into the Constitution, the idea of the Constitution of the United States? Now.
  • I have. I had written an article here earlier about this particular thing, and there’s a lot of good stuff in here, but
  • the important thing is that, you know, is this thing constitutional? And constitutional scholars and… Former law.
  • I’m sure it is not. I’m sure it is not constitutional, Jack. The fact is that it’s been allowed to go forward, and the problem is it could take years to unravel the constitutional issues, you know, to get it to the Supreme Court.
  • So it’s all bad that it’s even in there at all. It’s just gross and untoward. I want this on my blog, Jack, by the way. I want this on my blog. Your piece here.
  • Okay, this, this, the thing about it is that we got, you know, this section, Article 2, Section 2, that provides that the President is in charge of U.S. military planning, intelligent sharing, technology, everything.
  • And at the same time, we’re being told that
  • The integration creates pressure towards shared decision making and shared consequences, thereby encroaching on the president’s exclusive constitutional role.
  • provision delegates substantial authority to executive agent who can overrule other DOD components, raising concerns about the delegation of legislative power and the principle of powers, and so on and so forth. Now, even discussing this is ridiculous, because this is all this is, okay? This is absolutely
  • the, the biggest step, and maybe the last step that Israel will have to take
  • In order to gain absolute total control over the United States, and then that includes total control over their, I say their, our surveillance systems, and through the surveillance systems, police the new policies that will be coming through with a new piece of legislation we’ll talk about in a minute.
  • That will work to, punish anti-Semitism. And, and so…
  • It is a very, very dark day in the United States, and
  • you know, I don’t know how many people understand what this really means, but I’m trying to find the section here where it talks about Benjamin not… yeah, so the evidence suggests the provision was actively championed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, called the original section 224, which is now 219,

  • And, it’s also backed by APAC, of course, and
  • It’s just, you know, it’s 100%.
  • A complete and entire takeover of the most important apparatus in the United States. Everything has to do with our technology. I mean, the rest of the United States is just fluff like anywhere else.
  • But it’s the technology that gives them power, and that’s what Israel is attempting to insert itself in. First, they inserted themselves into the blood vein of our financial system and sucked it out like it was a second aorta going directly to their heart.
  • And now they’ve, taken another tentacle, so you can imagine this multi-tentacled thing attaching itself to the United States.
  • And that’s exactly what we have in this situation. And I think it’s just utterly disgusting and something that’s
  • everyone should be worried about, and you still have some time to write to whoever you think it matters. I mean, I’ve written… I sent you a copy of the letter I wrote.

  • You got to give it to MAGA. They love totalitarianism. And of course, the MAGA tards, you know, are still out there forming masses and going to MAGA meetings and telling everybody the only thing they watch is Fox News.
  • Now, however, it’s Congress, the United States, that’s in the process of attempting to pass a bill that would criminalize criticizing the Zionist state.
  • In May and June, a bipartisan coalition of 15 House Republicans, 14 Democrats, sponsored the Jewish American Security Act. Of course, it’s gotta be security.
  • A piece of legislation that if passed would constitute one of the most sweeping attacks on the First Amendment in American history. The bill enjoys practically universal backing from Jewish nonprofits and Zionist activist groups and
  • You could just well say all the money in the universe.
  • The new law presents four major demands. The appointment of specialized antisemitism commissar to manage the Department of Education. Now, a commissar to manage the Department of Education. Education is supposed to be a free investment of your mind into freely available knowledge.
  • And they’ve got a campaign combating pro-Palestine activism on campuses, $1 billion cash injection to secure Zionist nonprofits and Jewish houses of worship, mandatory state monitoring of online social media platforms in order to force them to censor anti-Semitic political speech on their platforms, and officially reoriented the mission of the FBI.
  • which is actually an agency of the International Monetary Fund and not the United States, the Department of Homeland Security and National Counterintelligence and Security Center as instruments for targeting critics of Jews in Israel and foreign enemy actors and domestic terrorists. Of course, I’ll lump those all together.
  • Obviously, you’re a domestic terrorist if you would criticize Jews. This would represent a militarization of American Jewish life, which

  • I think this is what, you know, this is part of the whole thing. Israel has the world under its thumb.

  • This result would be a non-compliance, which will include punishments, including beheading. And so if we look at this as a theocratic caste system, you can see that the differences between theocracy and caste system are just a matter of semantics.
  • We have authority, divine or religious, hierarchical social groups for the caste system, governance, laws influenced by religious beliefs, or fixed roles based on birth.
  • And blah blah blah blah. Social mobility is limited by religious doctrine versus restricted by caste boundaries, and law formation is derived from sacred texts. Oh my god, they’re sacred, alright. And based on traditional practices for the caste system.
  • So, there’s very little difference between a caste system

  • laws protect Palestinians because they really are Semites, whereas the Israelis are not. So there is no reason why these laws should actually be thought to protect Israelis unless they can prove they’re Semites, which is impossible for them to do. I think that might become an important issue from a legal point of view.
  • Absolutely agreed. So you’re right. And and so where do these so-called Noahide laws come from?
  • Well, don’t waste your time searching through the scriptures for a chapter and verse that lists these seven laws. These are, in fact, fictional. The assertions that these laws were given to Adam and then to Noah is a fabrication of post-Christian rabbinic tradition.
  • It’s a rabbinic invention. They’re not derived from a clear divine commandment in the Torah, but through esoteric and often convoluted Talmudic exergis… ex… genesis. I can’t say the word, but I can write it. Anyway, the thing about…
  • The thing about this is that the Talmud and the other doctrines that they refer to are just a collection of tradition and history that have been written down. They’re simply things that people said.
  • And this is one of the ideas that they came up with. There’s no such thing as a Noahide law, and there never was.
  • Anyway, people can read through this. I want to get to the part that the problem is that
  • The act of worshiping Jesus Christ is a capital offense.

  • And the capital offense has no other possible outcome except beheading.
  • Right, there’s only one penalty for this capital offense.
  • The Talmud discusses the penalties for transgression and for the gravest offenses, particularly idolatry and blasphemy. Blasphemy would come under being anti-Semitic.
  • The punishment is death. More specifically, law mandates execution by decapitation.
